Description of Work: Answered his phone when I first called him, told me he would not be able to get to me until the end of the month (about 2 wks). When I called him back about 4 weeks later to make sure I was still on his list, he never returned my call. He must not need the work, not very professional approach to customer service.

+ 1 moreRemember when a store advertised their appliances as Good, Better, Best? I like that and these guys understand when I asked for better or best in replacement parts. I picked out the showerhead/ faucet units; they installed them both. They clean up after themselves and cart away the trash. I looked at the website and picked out the shower unit. There are three men - Paul (former owner), Greg (current owner), and Nick (helper)...all very friendly. And good. And flexible. At first I thought I would be fine without a shower door but once the new unit was in, I decided that it needed a door. So they ordered it and came back a week later to install it.
Description of Work: Once again, they did a great job. This is a factory made home, they replaced the entire shower in the bigger bathroom with a bigger shower unit. AND I have had three plumbers look at the shower in the second bathroom and never got a good answer as to why there was almost no water pressure there. The original owner- Paul- walked in there and said it was because the faucet and showerhead were full of gunk! They replaced those. And a closet ceiling light. I used to have two crappy showers, now I have two GREAT showers! Worth every penny.

+ -1 moreTheir work is great, this time it took a couple of weeks before they had time to get here but they did a good job and always clean up after themselves.
Description of Work: They specialize in manufactured and mobile homes, maintenance and repair. He replaced all the vents in my concrete block foundation with vents that will automatically open and close depending on the outside temperature! Love that. And he repaired under floor insulation. These guys have done many things for me over the past few years, never a problem. Two years ago they installed a new furnace.
