 + -1 moreBasically they do just about anything I ask them to do. It's a pretty good price. It is very good quality. It is wonderful to work thru them. If you have a concern and need to get a hold of the office, they deliver messages too. We have a window for them because they travel from one house to the next with their cleaning but they are here what I would call on time. I take into consideration that they just got finished cleaning another house. I have a dog and they work well around animals.
Description of Work: They come every 2 weeks for housecleaning. They vacuumed, dusted and cleaned the bathroom and the sink. They shocked me when I had dishes sitting in the sink and they did my dishes for me.

 + -1 moreI've never had it done professionally before but the price seems like a reasonable for the mess the carpet was in. They always do A work. They are very good. They have a site on the computer and if you have questions you can send them a note and they get right back to you. He showed up right on time. They are very punctual. They are very professional. they supply all their own cleaning tools and I don't have to do anything. They are friendly, local, hard workers and dependable. I have already recommended them to several people. They are also very good at working with seniors. That's something that a lot of people don't think about. Sometimes it is hard to find somebody to work with you on your schedule and do things that fit your budget. They are very good. Sometimes I even have the head lady. They are always very good. Some of the workers are local and some from other places.

Description of Work: "This company has worked for us for approximately 2 years doing maintainance cleaning in our home, and we have always been happy with their work. Recently we bought a new home, and we asked them to ""deep clean"" before we moved in. It was very well-done. However, I found a few things that I did not think were up to their usual through standards. They came right back out the SAME DAY and corrected ALL the problems and then some. I just cannot recommend them highly enough. A++"

Description of Work: General cleaning. The owner had two helpers who needed to b directed. The young man was pretty well on his toes for the most part. . The young lady didn't seem to have the drive for detail and had a bit of attitude. The owner was very good. Only issue I had was I like my floors washed by hand not with mop. I don't like using their vacuum or rags. I provided my own rags and they did use my vacuum for some things but they still used theirs which I didn't care for. The two helpers came without owner one time. It was very obvious they needed supervision. I let them go because I really wanted every three weeks and owners schedule was not able to accommodate. I have found that having more then one person to clean doesn't work for me. I like details and things get over looked when u think one already did clean and it didn't.
