Amazing. Chuck is awesome!
Description of Work: Central air wasn’t cooling. I thought it was done and I would have to buy a new unit. Chuck found a loose connection and made it work!

Chuck was very responsive. After playing phone tag, we finally talked, and within 3 hours he had been to the house, fixed the problem, and left. This is the second time I've called him, and I will call him again.
Description of Work: Checked and changed the blower in our heater. Did an inspection of unit as well.

Chuck was very professional and honest. After he was done he cleaned everything up so it looked better than when he got there. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even to point out to us the advantage of registering online for a longer warranty period. He also was very honest about the pros and cons of certain water heaters we were wondering about.

Description of Work: YES--I called this company and they returned my phone call within an hour. They were there the next morning to give an estimate to convert furnace from propane to natural gas and replace my water heater. They completed the work one week later on the date I requested and did a fabulous job. Highly recommend !!!

Description of Work: Recently we found our water heater leaking all over the basement. We called Charley's first because they had done another job for us several months ago & were professional, fair, helpful over & above...just all around great to deal with! Charley's son was here within the hour & confirmed that our 17 year old water heater needed replacing. We chose our unit & several hours later it was installed...even though it was past "normal" business hours. I would not hesitate to recommend Charley's for any heating and cooling needs you may have!

Vetry good job. Only 1 minor problem and when I called about the issue Charlie fixed the problem that day. WOW great service. Had Charlie back in 2009 to install new hot water heater, Good job! All is working fine.
Description of Work: Remove old gas furnace and replace with new furnace, air conditioning,themostate, filter,humidifier and venting, including hot water heater vent.

I liked them very much. I'm sure they could have sold me on additional things but they did a good job of identifying the problem and fixing it at a minimal charge.
