This company resolved a big, long-lasting headache. We bought a house on the river with a basement and had problems the first spring. The previous owner had a system installed by a different company that didn’t work at all. After getting bids from 4 companies, we chose to go with RC after consulting with others who had systems they put in. Despite the fact that the floor of our basement is lower than the river level, their system has our basement completely dry. Their whole crew was great, from the guy who did the initial consult to the crew that did the work to the secretary who answers the phone by the second ring nearly every time. We originally thought the exterior of the house would have to be dug up and re-tiled, but our problem is fixed with no exterior excavation. RC stands behind their work and makes sure you’re 100% satisfied. Great company to resolve your water issues!

These guys are amazing, I have used them many times through out the year. Never had a issue, always top quality work. I will continue to use them in the future!

We had a small issue with the installation and the owner came right out to the house to correct the issue. Was very happy.

The crew came out and did the work as contracted, and the foreman answered any questions that I had during the project. They were considerate and made sure to lay down tarps as to not damage carpet on the stairs. Justin took time over the phone to answer any questions and speak with me about the project as well, since this is an area about which we knew nothing. After our drainage tile was replaced, our basement has been dry ever since! I highly recommend RC Waterproofing!

Showed up on time, did the work as stated and even found more problems not on the contract that they quickly addressed and did not even charge me for! The salesperson was honest, detailed, and relayed questions I had after the job started directly to the foreman who answered everything. Nice to see a small business that recognizes when they need to go above and beyond and not ask for extra charges. They installed a drain tiles sytem using solid pipe instead of "box" systems which can collect debris and are hard to cleanout or maintain. It sits next to my footing, which is the low spot and carries the water to a sump pump. House is bone dry!

They seemed okay, seemed like the job was kinda left half done but for $300 more they could finish it. Felt after spending over $7000 that should have been included. Now we have a pipe hanging out of our front porch flooding our front flower patch on our home we are trying to sell. Just feel it could of been done better. Hopefully we will be able to fix it so we can sell our home. Feel like it's going to really hurt our sale if we don't. On the other hand, basement is dry. So we did get that..

Showed up on time, finished on time, accommodating to customer requests, complete clean up included gravel spilled in grass! Everyone did a quality job. Job priced fairly; no charge for extra quality.

Honest, on time, and over delivered! Performed extra repairs at no cost. Crew was great and so was the inspector. LOVED the fact they have been in business for so long and NOT a franchise company. The forman did a final look when done. Super nice and wonderfrul!

Overall the experience was pretty good. The only issue I had was there was miscommunication between the work crew and the sales person who came out to the house. The work crew went strictly by the contract written and claimed besides the French drain and sump pump installation, they were only sealing two wall cracks when there were actually four. The crew also found a soft spot in the wall near a support beam. I was told to call the sales rep because this would result in "additional charges." I wasn't having it. I hired RC to waterproof the basement and that meant to me the job gets done entirely for the price paid. I ended up calling the owner Justin and being a good businessman he took care of it and I got the repairs done at no additional cost. So make sure that the work order is written well and detailed.

Bill was great. Just wondering if just a sump pump fixes the problem. Didn't discuss possible foundation problems. A little worried if I should have had it dug up.

Bill was the marketing person.. he is very informative and knowledgeable.. he explained a lot and in fact we almost signed up with a different company and he convinced my wife.. which is like a big thing.. Right from the get go he was in contact and very approachable. Justin is the owner and he is very friendly.. highly recommend if you are getting your waterproofing works done at a very reasonable price and quality work.
