The shades they made are excellent quality, beautiful and work perfectly.

The last items I purchased from them were the Roman shade and also a room darkening honeycomb shade for our bedroom. Their prices are very competitive, and they have always stood behind their product when I've had any issues. The only thing I wish they would address is that I believe they allow smoking inside the showroom/factory, as I can smell it when I enter the building. The window treatments don't smell of smoke when I pick them up, but there must be a break room close enough to the entrance that my nose can pick up the tobacco. If you are afraid of dogs, be aware that there is a small dog that is very friendly on the premises. They try to keep it behind the desk, but at times it does come out and greet you. It's not yappy or aggressive, I just want to advise people with allergies and those who don't care for dogs that they will probably find one here.

Our first choice of material for blinds was not available, so in the showroom we chose another material and took a few other samples home to make a final decision, all the samples were supposed to be the same price. When we chose a different sample from the one we tentatively chose in the showroom we were told it would cost $50 more. We were give a delivery date, when that date came and passed we called to find out if the blinds were in, they were not and were told it would be another week. That week passed and Vertical Vic's call to let us know it would be a few more days. The installer was very good and did a great job installing the blinds, was very punctual and neat.

I have ordered from Vertical Vic's several times for our home. The shade I ordered was considerably less expensive than some of the brand names at other stores, and seems sturdy after two months of use. I do wish there had been more color options, since I really wanted an ivory color shade and ended up with a light tan. For the price, though, I can't complain. I have always found their installers to be very courteous and professional. Vertical Vic's will come to the home to measure before the order is placed, which makes me feel more secure that the blinds will fit. I've ordered Roman shades in the past as well as traditional honeycomb shades, and always been pleased with the service.

My salesperson was Rebecca and she was fabulous. From beginning to end Vic's displayed the type of service one usually gets from a local, family owned business...true customer service. I love my Hunter Douglas Silohuettes and the fabric on my cornices it truly warmed up my home. The installer was professional and polite, too.
