+ -1 moreI would never go anywhere else. The process from browsing to installation was extremely easy and pleasant. The price was right also. We had two bedrooms re-carpeted and they did all the work, furniture moving, removing ole installing and putting everything back together. It is a great company with great employees.

Description of Work: We had our family room carpeted, our basement carpet restretched, as well as estimates for other rooms. We used the Grosse Pointe store on Mack and worked with Janet. She was a joy to work with and gave us very accurate estimates for the job.

+ -1 moreWe have never had such a pleasant experience buying carpet. This store really has it together. Although slightly higher priced then the big box stores , the selection of carpet, knowledge of their sales staff, and the skill of the installers more than made up the difference. Everything from finding carpeting we really love, not something we had to settle for, the prompt accurate measure, and the flawless install were pleasant surprises to us. We did not think business like this existed anymore. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed .
Description of Work: Tear out and carpet den, three bedrooms,hallways, and steps. They also cut and bound a 12' by 14' carpet to use as an area rug. Premium carpet and pad.
