Company service was outstanding.

If they send Cecil to your house kick him out immediately. I am glad I kept checking on this guy. He started draining my hot water tank WITHOUT a drain hose. Water started leaking into my media room and I told him to stop what he was doing, I asked him for rags or a shop vac to clean the water and he said not to worry about it as it would dry up eventually. Guy doesn't understand how mold works. I went to call his boss Liz who told me to get Cecil to call her immediately. When I returned to check on Cecil the mad loon had opened the bottom valve on my water heater and water was rushing all over my basement, my media room was soaked. I told Cecil to get out of my house as he was ruining my basement, he started to yell at me saying I don't know anything about plumbing and that he is doing what he has to do. I don't know plumbing but I do know you don't flood peoples basements and then yell at a customer. So i kicked him out, Heaney sent out another team to clean up the water and install the tank. They charged me full price without any discounts for the huge pain I went through, I can't recommend this company at all as you might get Cecil who will flood your basement and then blame you for it.

I guessed this job is a very common easy job, but they charged $208 for that.

Well they were supposed to come out on Thursday Feb. 21st around 3:30. As time ticked on and it was almost 4:30 I decided to give them a call to see what the hold up was and apparently they had an emergency that needed dire attention. I understand that things happen but they could have at least called ME to reschedule instead of me having to call them. I also was supposed to get a 10% senior discount which the young man did not give to me at time of payment so once again I had to call them to question them about that. I was told that a check would be put in the mail for the difference but still have not received it. They charged me $225.00 for a 30 minute job which I thought was kind of priced but because no one else responded to any of my ads than I really did not have much of a choice to have Heaney do the job especially since the faucet was broke for five months. It truly was a learning experience.

I would definitely recommend Heaney Plumbing and Heating. Our furnace was pushing cold air and of course you never notice your furnace is out until it's cold outside. I called Heaney and they got someone out quickly and resolved the issue. The best part, beside the heat now working, is the technician they sent, Dave, was awesome. Nice guy who knew what he was doing and seemed to sincerely care that we had heat. Thanks Heaney!

Everything went very well. Great company to work with. Liz went out of her way to help us out with ordering parts and setting up everything. GREAT JOB! Would call again. Boiler works great!

The service man Dave was a pro. We asked him about the noise the blower motor was making and he said the bearings in it were bad. He order a new one and came back within a week to install it. Also me and my wife we work during the day so they were great about working around our schedules.

They showed up and then left saying they would be back within twenty minutes, but did not come back for three hours. They lied to me and I felt cheated after they left. I was desperate because I didn't want the water in my basement to affect my furnace or water heater. I really felt like they took advantage of me. They took two hours longer than they were supposed to and only completed seventy-five percent of the job. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent service and really good price.

We realized that we really needed a repipe instead of fixes. Unfortunately, the technician that was assigned to us did not have expertise so we ended up paying for fixes unnecessarily. Fortunately, the Office Manager was extremely accommodating and offered a discount on the services as well as to assign a new plumber. We ended up using a different company to do the repipe. Due to how the Office Manager was willing to work with us, we would consider contacting them in the future if we were assigned a plumber that had a broader expertise.

The provider was prompt and did a good job. We also used them a couple of years ago to repair a gas leak at the clothes dryer. Again they did a wonderful job. We were fairly new to our home and the repairman explained what the problem was and the repair was done promptly.

I like the guys. The problem was the estimate which moved around several times... Two payment were expected before the insurance adjuster was available to make an estimate. The city inspector made them change some pipe connections. Everything works and the job was done -- but it was a stressful experience.

Had provider out to snake out a drain. On the first attempt the employee told my tenant that they were pulling mud out of the pipes and that the lines beneath the basement had collapsed. Upon talking to the owner and expressing my opinion that the lines were not collapsed as the pipes were working fine just a short time ago and that I would have to see the lines with a camera before I ok'd any further work . He then sent out another crew that was able to open the lines . Second plumber was competent and professional. On the good side they were very fast to respond and ultimately got the job done. If I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought the false diagnosis of a collapsed line was not just a ploy to charge large amounts of money to less knowledgeable homeowners I would have gave them an average grade. The real kicker is that when my bill came they decided to charge me $295 dollars to snake the line when we agreed to $125 and I never authorized any additional charges. Upon talking to the owner he lowered it to $250. Needless to say a bad diagnosis and doubling the agreed upon price is very bad practices. Everyone makes mistakes and I always give people the opportunity to correct them.

It took a longer time because an older gentleman was doing it. He works part time for them. I had to go back there for three days while he put it in. Everything seemed okay but there were a couple of things that were not done. Their price was good. The quality of his work could have been better. He was there when he said he was going to be there. I like the company but I would use somebody else from that company. He was too old and took a long time to complete the job.

My wife was home when the plummer came. We had two issues that needed resolution. The shower was "gurguling" periodically. I suspected the vent stack was plugged or obstructed but I did not have the inclination or the tools to fix. The other issue was we were experiencing periodic plug ups in the toliets. There did not seem to be enough pressure to force the solids out of the bowl. The first issue was resolved when he found and removed a bird from the vent stack. This has resolved the gurguling issue. The other issue he provided some key info so I was able to resolve the periodic plug ups myself. I had cut the fill tube inside the toliet too short and the toliet was not filling up with enough water. A fill tube at the hardware store was a relatively cheap part and my labor would be free. If the plummer did the work, it would have been about the same cost as buying a brand new toliet. My wife was not happy with the costs since the removal of the bird was relatively quick and she was hoping the cost to resolve the fill tubes would have been more reasonable. She made the right decision to not have the plummer fix the toliet fill tubes. When I got home, I discussed the issue with her. I was OK with the charges for removing the bird from the vent stack and I was appreciative that he provided some good advice on what was wrong with the fill tube length. I went to the hardware store and got some replacement tubes. I took me a while to replace the fill tubes with ones cut to the proper length but my time was cheaper than the plummers. The advice worked and we have not had any issues with the toliet plugging up. I explained to my wife that the plummer did a good job, he resolved the venting issue and gave us some valuable advice. His advice was extremely helpful. My wife is not very technical and got flustered when told how much it would be for a plummer to replace the fill tubes. l am satisfied with the service that was provided. After explaining everything to my wife I think she now feels better about what was done. My wife said the plummer was pretty professional. She does not know anything about plumbing and was uncomfortable with the expenses. Given everything that I know, the plummer did a good job. I would not hesitate to call them back if I had a problem. I updated the ratings to reflect where I think they should have been rated based on their performance.

It was after hours and he came out to look out the gas dryer and hooked it up for us. He was extremely helpful. He was a very pleasant man and not gouged by him by any means. He was very good to us. He's the kind of guy who is a good handyman and knows about a lot of stuff and is very helpful to have around.

Heaney Plumbing fixed the shower drain quickly and recommended that we replace the entire toilet. The toilet was a discontinued American Standard model and while a full replacement may seem over the top, I learned from some research that the model/valve has recurring problems so replacing it entirely was a reasonable recommendation. For the replacement I settled on a new Kohler model, which is among the standard models in stock. Heaney suggested that they were going to order the toilet and contact me to schedule installation. After a week with no communication I called and was told they were having trouble finding the model. A second week passed with no communication and when I called again I got the impression that my work request had been forgotten or otherwise fallen through the cracks. I canceled my order shortly after that call. Strangely, I was not billed at any point for a service call or the work performed to fix the drain. Subsequent to this experience I contacted a different plumbing company who completed the work in a matter of two visits (one to diagnose, two to install the new Kohler toilet)

We called and they called right back. The technician arrived on time and went right to work. My home and my property were treated with respect and not messed up or destroyed. The work was done quickly but done the right way.
