+ -1 moreOver the phone he gave me helpful information that solved my problem without having to come out to the house. He could have easily came out and charged me for his services but he did not. He was friendly and honest which can often times be difficult with contractors.
Description of Work: The provider did not perform service but was very helpful over the phone.

+ -1 moreWe have been using them for about a year and a half. We've had no more problem with rats, now it is just prevention. It seems to be working. The service guys, we've had at least 3 different ones, are very friendly. If I happen to be outside I try to strike up a conversation and they seem to know what they are doing.
Description of Work: We had rats about a year and a half ago and the city of Birmingham recommended Elite Pest Management. They last came out very recently.

+ -1 moreThey were very responsive when we called and very prompt coming in. They are very competitive on their price. They are also responsive that they let you know when they are around working so that you can close windows and doors when they are working around the house.

+ 0 moreI have used their services for over a year. They are managing the rat populating in the area. I have problem with them living under my deck. They come once a month in a contract routine. They leave bait boxes where only rats can get in to eat the bait. They are secured to where my dog can not get into them. They do a fantastic job and I am very happy with their services.
