the salesman Mark was great and helpful and the installer Dennis was great to work with. they both arrived on time.

arrived on time did a fast job and left.

I wasn't all that pleased with their service. I don't see the savings on my energy bill like they said I would.

Their service was alright. They weren't able to do everything we wanted because the house would not cooperate.

At the time we thought their work was great. We recently did some remodeling and we had to tear out a wall that they had insulated. We found a lot of gaps. The guys were friendly, but there is no way to know their job unless you would tear out one of the walls.

I wasn't happy with their service. They blew out the drywall.

The work was totally satisfactory. They had an awesome service and awesome product.

When the workers got here, we had to provide them with 35 gallons of hot water for them to mix their product that would be put inside the walls. We were noit informed this when we contracted them to do the job. Hot water is not free but yet we were not compensated for the use of all the water and propane to heat it up as well as wear and tear on our hot water tank. Our house is no warmer than before all these years later we are still freezing in the winter. What a WASTE of money. We were never even contacted by the Company to see if we were satisfied with the job and results. The crew was sloppy and left particles of the product in the grass after they finished. I would not ever hire this operation to do anything again. VERY Dissatisfied. Would like to have gotten a refund on this junk. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Excellent everything, as planned and could not be happier. Josh was very helpful and the installer was polite and caring.

Every thing fine, except two rooms had the drywall crack from the interior pressure of the foam expansion. They promptly sent out a drywall repair person and all is well. Only thing is that they do not do the touchup painting. But now house is less cold and drafty, and outside noise is significantly reduced.

I did have them come back again to clean up after their initial service. They were responsive to my request to come back.

It was excellent. You didn't even know they were here once they left. They were in and out in less than 4 hours and you wouldn't even know they were here.

Tod tried to get to us, but was too busy. The office needs to learn how to schedule appointments - give your rep time to get from place to place and let the customer know when you've scheduled an appointment for them.

Attic insulation went great, they showed up on time Thursday, a two man crew one working in the truck the other in my attic. The man inside did a very good job, he blew in the insulation on top of the little insulation I had up there and he made sure he completely covered the duct work in my attic like I asked him to do. In probably less then 2 hours he was done, he then vacuumed the carpet. The only negative was a slight mess in the driveway. The first half of the foam crew arrived about an hour early. They came inside and asked if I had any shelves in the outside walls, I did and showed them where it was and showed them where my circuit box was, also on an outside wall. They went outside and started drilling holes in the outside walls, but they drilled all the way through the walls and I had about 18 holes in my bedroom and bathroom before I noticed. They came in an inspected it and assured me it would be fixed, they said they had someone who made repairs for the company. They adjusted the depth of the drilling and continued, and even though I made a point a showing one of the guys exactly where the shelves were they still drilled into it and another hole in my wall. About two hours later the rest of the crew and the person in charge showed up. He inspected the damage and said not to worry they would fill in the holes. He and another guy patched the holes and put in a new bath tub wall cover over the existing one to cover up the hole there. He also bought paint and brushes for me to repaint the walls, and took $50.00 off the price. They left and the next day where they patched the holes it cracked and sunk in, it made me sick to look at it. I called the next Monday and they sent someone out to redo it. He did a much better job of patching the walls and even made the bathroom wall better it had been sub-par. But I still felt they should have painted my wall after all they put the holes in it.

Overall it went great. The crew was friendly and professional. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction and I was able to see firsthand what they were doing.
