When they did their job, I did not have to get rid of all the scraps that was left. They actually took it all and got rid of it for me. The quality of their service was very good.

+ 0 moreBrian, the owner, was on time, worked every day except rain days. Never left roof without shingles or felt cover overnight. Installed all metal drip edges, vents, boots, and a metal valley. Cleaned up debris. 15 year warranty on leaks.
Description of Work: New roofing after tear off, minor soffit and as needed underlayment replacement. Gutter guards, new metal drip edges, new vents, pipe boats, ice and water shield, felt paper, and debris cleanup. Used 30 year certainteed shingle as requested.

+ -1 moreBrian was on-site and working every day from 8:00 a.m. until dark (after 8 p.m.). The job turned out to be much bigger than originally thought, but we were kept informed as to any increased costs, etc. The job site was thorougly cleaned with particular attention to ensuring our landscaping was protected.
Description of Work: 30 year old roof required complete tear-off and installation of new, seamless gutters. Roof was a total mess ~ 3 layers of shingles, uneven dips, etc. The roof was taken down to the attic truses to straighten out the dips ~ new truses/boards were placed next to the older, salvageable ones for added support and those that were too badly damaged or broken were replaced. We now have a new-built roof with dimensional shingles that is beautiful!
