I had water leaking on the ceiling in my kitchen an on the wall around my fireplace in my living room. My dad had just used Wandell's for some roof work at his house and recommended them to me. I worked directly with Chad and he was very responsive to getting the work done. He was very professional and did a great job with my roof repairs. He was very neat and left no mess for me to clean up. I would definitely use this company in the future.

We were set to have the roof done on Weds and the crew showed up on Tues. It was a surprise as we were not advised or asked about them coming out a day ahead of schedule. The agreement was payment upon completion, however we were asked for the check before the job was finished.We wrote a partial check for the completed work and issued another when the entire job was finished. There were some concerns with a few areas which were cleared up to our satisfaction. The roof does look very nice. However, we have spent a good amount of time cleaning up after them. We expected a few nails and bits of roofing would be missed, as we have all roofed homes before. Unfortunately there was more debrie then expected, including: ciggarette butts, pop cans, muffin wrappers,and pieces of gutter. We had to call them back out to discuss an issue with a spot they repaired. The man who showed up was not friendly and appeared irritated with us and disgusted that we questioned their work.

We saw Wandell's signs all around Monroe. After asking around and getting mostly good reviews (although a few cautionary tales about his crew being messy), we got a quote from him promptly and quickly. He answered all of our questions without hesitation. He ended up being cheaper than everyone else we quoted. Crew was scheduled to arrive at 8am Monday. Crew began arriving at 7am. They worked on the muggiest/hottest day of the year quickly and professionally.. When we came home we noticed the crew had mistakenly put shingles on the flat roof instead of the quoted and agreed upon rubber-style roof. After calling Wandell, he agreed to fix the issue without hesitation. Crew took 1.5 days to complete 1600 square foot roof, including complete teardown of original asbestos roof, installation of new vents, and rollout of new shingle tiles, including final cleanup. Cleanup was excellent. In short, very prompt, professional, quality service for a fair price.
