+ -1 moreThe service is PHENOMENAL! It's hard to find good service these days with sales representatives who know their products and weren't just hired yesterday. The days of "Mom & Pop" shops are about gone. However, REX is pretty close. They have knowledgeable salespeople and fantastic Customer Service. I will be back there to purchase more appliances.
Description of Work: I purchased an air conditioner from them, as well as the extra service plan (60 mos. parts and 60-months labor).
