Had new roof put on our home three weeks ago. J/sales was very thorough at explaining all options of materials so could make informed decision and gave estimate by end of meeting. G/project manager was very accomodating as to providing a few special requests during job. We had a new skylight window applied also. They had to remove old shingles before applying new roof and was done quickly and professionally. We also had gutter guards put on our barn, comes with 20 year guarantee, cant beat that! Give them 5 STARS!

I loved how well my experience was with this company for my new gutters two years ago, so today I met with James for a quote and I hired immediately. James was very thorough and answered any of my questions and concerns… the fact that I loved the way my gutter install experience was, I had no hesitation to work with them once again… very professional and upfront! Went very well. Workforce punctual and very efficient. Estimate was accurate, foreman/ sales personnel answered all questions/concerns with professional integrity. Clean up was very thorough.

PG Contracting replaced my roof on my house on 5-24-2021. James came out to give estimate. He presented what PG had to offer in their different packages. Grant came out to go over the project details. Asked if I had any questions about the project. The roofing crew did an excellent job. From the first call to completion of the job everything went smooth. I will recommend PG for any roofing project.

We have never had work done by someone else. As we usually did our own work. I am so glad we hired PG for what we needed. Obviously during these times (Covid) product back logs and things being delayed are inevitable. But we were contacted and updated on everything. A little understanding goes a long way with companies doing work for you. Every person we spoke to was very professional and very nice. The work was beautifully done at the quality of someone working on their own house. If I could give more stars I definitely would. I will hire this company for all other projects I do in the future!

Pg contracting listened to all my descriptions and issues I had seen with the old roof and trim. We sat down and went over all the different levels of pricing and packaging. Most importantly, they went over every point and material in great detail. Everything was explained and communicated in a way that made us feel comfortable with our selection. On installation day, the weather turned and could not be finished. The roofers took the time to secure and protect the exposed open surface. Not with tarps. But by having the foresight to not expose an uncovered roof to the elements and possible damage. The next day they returned to finish their work. It was good to see that they had a plan for such unexpected circumstances. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the experience, professionalism, and craftsmanship I received. And at a price point that was not over board high or cutting corners low.

Very quick and professional. Discussed with us placement of the downspouts. Cleanup was great too.

We had our gutters replaced because they were falling off. Our salesman was Terence and he was friendly, professional, and did not try a bunch of sales tactics to make the sale. The installers were fast and did a quality job. We will be returning for future projects

I am very pleased with everything. TJ was the sales rep who came out. He was very professional, went over everything with me and explained how some things would be done. Grant followed up with me to make sure the job was complete and I was satisfied. I would recommend this company, and would hire them for my next big project.

I would highly recommend PG Contracting. All the work was done as scheduled on a timely basis. A very efficient crew that worked very well together. The material and workmanship was of very high quality, and met all my expectations. A very neat and thorough clean up upon job completion. The new roof looks Great, and we have had compliments from our neighbors.

Work went quickly and neatly . Everything completed in one day . They had to come back and recaulk one area and attach a drip strip above a window . They were out and completed the work as soon as we called . Cleaned up well after job done .

Everyone was very professional and treated me and my property with respect. Gave me a fair estimate and did all the work as they said they would. The finished product was better then I had imagined. No problem recommending this company.

They were on time and did the work as described. The installers even asked questions about the installation if the plan did not seem right. After the first big rain there was a leak on one end, we called and they came out in a timely manner to fix it. The 4 stars on quality was because of the leaks and for the flip up downspouts I expected a hinge type swivel but instead got self-tapping screws. All in all they did a good job and responded quickly to my concerns.

I'm a bit confused by their selling tactic. Took the day off from work to be home for them. They were on time however refused to give me an estimate until they could have my wife and I together to hear their proposal. I even asked for a quote and they politely refused. They also seemed very interested in telling me about how poorly the previous contractor did my roof and flashing. Very disappointed they wouldn't give me a quote to consider them.
