I have used them several times and been the happiest with them.

Fast. One tech did the majority of the work. 3 techs worked 1/2 day. Overall, service and equipment perform as expected, but cost to value is way off base. When estimator had to own up to numbers not meeting designed specifications, the costs associated with marginally better units that would have met quoted specs were astronomical, as in $4000 additional to go from 16 seer to 18 seer. Retail cost on Amazon was $400 more.

These guys made a stressful situation a little less stressful. My family work up Christmas morning to no heat in the house Icebergs heating and cooling showed up on time every time. The first visit it was determined that the furnace was not salvageable and instead of just telling me they took the time to show me why. They offered me several pricing options for replacement and had the new one installed the next day. They did have a few minor install issues that required a return visit or two to get the furnace running at peak performance but they handled those with excellent professionalism and without expecting any extra compensation. The 10 year parts and labor warranty with yearly paid service was a excellent indicator of their confidence in the new equipment. I am not easy on contractors and these guys did great. I will be using they again.

Called for No A/C. They topped off the Freon and then set up a follow up appointment to price a New Central unit. Price was 2K higher then others and it was an inferior unit. Overall experience was negative and I would never use or recommend them .

They said my burners needed to be cleaned, but since the heat exchanger was cracked they couldn't fix the problem. However, the "supposed supervisor" said they could have a new furnace out and installed the next day. They wrote up something saying the furnace shouldn't be turned back on until the heat exchanger was replaced. When they left the tech. did not replace the thing he took out but just left it sitting there. After not having any heat for six days, I called someone else and they came out. Said it didn't need a heat exchanger. I washed the burners while he went to the hardware to get a fuse (that had been fine until the guys in the yellow trucks were there). Scotty Little, the fellow I called from Flat Rock, put the furnace back together and it has been fine ever since.
