Excellent service and designers. Second time using this business

I was hesitant at first to have someone come to our home with samples. My mind was changed after meeting Karen. She was very nice and easy to talk with, very helpful and professional. No hard sales pitch and even offered to figure out prices while at our home. Her work van was a newer vehicle, exceptionally clean, well organized and fully stocked with sample books from several different manufacturers. As far as her installers go they were exceptional! I would recommend her highly!!

Karen came out and went over all the options. She helped me pick the wood grain and I love them!

Matt, the installer, was prompt, professional, polite and thorough. He was careful in his work, explaining what he was doing as well as the shade's operation when he was done.

Met with Karen (owner) to chose custom drapery. She was: very professional, understood our wants, made excellent suggestions, knowledgeable.

Wonderful selection of blinds to choose from. Ordered and arrived just as they described. Installed immediately and professionally. Great experience overall.

KAREN AND HER ASSOCIATE WERE PROMPT WITH THEIR APPT. TO MEASURE AND GIVE US AN ESTIMATE. WE ORDERED THE SHADE - BOTH VERY NICE PEOPLE. WE WERE TOLD APPROX. WHEN IT WOULD BE IN AND IN ABOUT TWO WEEKS (THROUGH THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY) THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY WERE IN AND WE SET UP A DAY FOR INSTALLATION ONLY ABOUT 3 DAYS AFTER THE SHADES CAME IN. MATT THE INSTALLER WAS RIGHT ON TIME FOR THE INSTALLATION AND IT DID NOT TAKE LONG AT ALL. HE ALSO WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND DID A GREAT INSTALLATION JOB. THEY LOOK VERY WELL AND WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF THE JOB.

Karen, the owner, came to our home with numerous samples and recommended the beautiful shutters we had installed by Matt who was very professional. Both Karen and Matt were on time a very good experience.

Perfect! Karen suggested putting the drapery rods higher on the wall to make the ceiling look higher and the first oerson that saw them said "it looks like you lr ceilings are higher!" Great tip! ? Karen is a wonderful person to do business with. Her suggestions and ideas are truly appreciated and the end product is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. From the choosing of window treatments to the timely manner they arrived and were installed, it was easy and almost effortless on my part. Karen not only had sample books to show me, she also brought a laptop and consulted the manufacturers with measurement sizes on the spot. The installation was a bit tricky for a large picture window and a small encased kitchen window, but turned out perfect in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Karen and her team for any and all window and room decorating shopping.

We wanted to maintain a vintage feel to the lakefront home we just built and covering the round windows to our satisfaction was a challenge. Karen was professional and great to work with, listened to what our desires were, provided several options and was hands-on from first contact through delivery. It was nice to deal with someone in person on-site rather than on the Internet and her staff is also very pleasant and responsive. We love the round wood shutter in cherry. Highly recommend, would use her business again.
