 + -1 moreAwesome...we LOVE our 'like new' floors !!! The repairs done from old termite damage cannot be detected when you now look at the floor. George was on time or early. He clearly knows hardwood floors, has 30 years of experience and it shows. He was focused on the job and got in and out. Always left a tidy work area. I'm planning on having him back to do the bedrooms. We highly recommend.
Description of Work: Refinished and repaired original hardwood floors in the living room and hallway in a 50 year old house.

 + -1 moreGeorge was on time, always showing up when he said he would. And he was very careful to explain in advance what he could (and could not) do. The finished kitchen floor looks GORGEOUS! He did the complete sanding and then 4 coats of finish. I would hire him again in a minute!
Description of Work: I have hardwood kitchen floors in a 1920's era Craftsman style home. They had been covered for years and years by linoleum and then by carpet. We took up the carpet and most of the ugly linoleum. George came in and quoted a price to sand and refinish the kitchen floor and restore it to its original condition (pointing out, of course, that he couldn't remove some of the water stains from a leaky fridge, but could make them less drastic.)

 + 0 moreThe experience was a good one. They were on time, prepared and got to work immediately. Their work was of high quality, and they did no damage to any of the baseboards. They finished the job when scheduled. No nonsense, just a good job.
Description of Work: Installed hardwood flooring in new addition and sanded all existing hardwood flooring, then finished everything.
