Spoke to Tim Render a couple of times on the phone regarding installation of an in-ground basketball hoop. He was very nice & answered all my questions. Even helped me narrow down my decision on the brand of hoop system. I did a lot of research & it was not easy finding a company to install in-ground systems. I was very nervous about this project but felt better after talking to Tim. Scheduling was easy through text & installation crew arrived in the agreed-upon time frame. Matt & Jeremy were very friendly & did a great job! I m very happy with the installation & think the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

The Playground Professionals were prompt, courteous and had our playscape installed within the time quoted. Additionally, one of the spring animals was broken unbeknownst to use when purchased. Tim's company went above and beyond in making the repair for us at a very fair price (mainly just for parts). We are extremely please with this company and hope to do business with them again on future projects.

Playground Professionals is awesome. They built our play set in one day and did an amazing job.

Our expertience was absolutely outstanding. We are new to the area and had no idea who to call. Not only did Tim change plans when the set arrived early and installed it just before we hosted a three day weekend, they made layout adjustments that accommodated our yard perfectly. We love to set location, the assembly, the nice guys who built it. We are thankful for Tim’s counsel throughout our selection process. For those interested, we had a Cedar Summit (Costco) in PA that endured with no maintenance the three years we were there. It was sturdy after year three but showing wear and needed staining. We purchased a Gorilla (from Costco again) when moving to MI and the quality is noticeably better. It did cost twice as much. I would recommend both brands depending your budget.

Playground professionals contacted me promptly and took the time to asses my project. What could have costs me thousand of dollars ended up costing me $200. I was able to send them pictures of my playground and recommended I dispose of the playground. It so happened that it was infested with carpenter ants. I knew all along something wasn’t right about the playground which which why I was looking for someone to repair it. It would’ve been a waste of money and time. I love my backyard free of bugs. I love especially the great customer service and time especially for the small amount of money spent. Can’t find that kind of integrity easily. Thank you playground professionals

I was initially in touch with Tim from Playground Professionals to install a used playset. We were ready to move forward but found there were too many pieces that needed to be replaced. I told Tim I was going to look into something new at that point and he followed up to recommend specific playset brands, models, and websites that he thought would fit our budget. This was very helpful! The playset we ordered is perfect and it was quickly delivered and installed. Tim provided excellent customer service, a reasonable price, and the installation team was friendly and professional. Assembled within 6 hours. One minor thing I noticed after that I wish they would have handled as part of the job is removal of the white product labels that are stapled to the end of each board on the playset and roof. They would have been easier to remove prior to install. I did really appreciate that all of the packaging was brought back up to our driveway and flattened / folded up for disposal.

I followed up with this company because of the favorable reviews. From the first contact by Tim, I knew this was the company I wanted to hire to install a playset for my grandchildren. The delivery date for the playset was somewhat indefinite and changed a couple times, but Tim was very cooperative and worked with me to set/reset the installation date. The installers (Danny and Jesse) arrived on time, were friendly, did an excellent set-up, and answered any questions I/we had. The finished playset is very sturdy and level. True to the name, they are the PROFESSIONALS for playgrounds. I highly recommend the company.
