Wonderful. Mike showed up the same day that we called. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Located where the mice were most likely getting in. He set traps and located the areas that should be repaired to help ensure that they can't get in again. I will hire again. Inspection and Traps were $175 and the repairs were $315

Pest EZ caught the squirrels and blocked the entrance they were using. No squirrels since.

Many thanks to Pest Ez for the quick response to my Angie's List messages and service request. The Tech was very courteous on the phone and he arrived before the scheduled appointment. He didn't complain about the nasty odor or having to crawl under home to remove the dead animal. He even followed up with a phone call afterward. I definitely recommend this company.

The tech was very friendly. The wasps seem to be eradicated, so they did their job. I don't believe they sprayed the front of the house, which looking back should have been done. I also found out later that the $200 single-visit price tag is easily $50-75 more than other local companies.

Great, service was timely and polite. So far we have seen a reduction in pests. Was advised to allow it 30 days and if no results seen to call them back and they would come out again. Thought this was customer service to offer!

Mike was very responsive, professional, and customer service oriented. He performed an inspection of the roof and ground and everything looked ok. He said if I should hear anymore noise to call him back within 90 days. About a week later I observed two squirrels jumping from a tree branch to the roof and landing on the gutter ( probably the sound I heard in the house), they continued to play tag with each other running up and down the roof line. It got dark and I couldnt tell where they went. The next evening I watched again for them and they were back, so I called Mike. Mike came the next day and saw one jump from the tree to the roof, so he set three traps. I watched again for them that night and this time they jumped higher on the roof and stopped when they saw the traps sensing something was there and went to the other side of the roof. It has been a week and they can be heard on the roof but not going anywhere near the traps.

I don't remember exactly when we had this done, as it was about a year and a half ago. I felt compelled to right this review though because we didn't get it done before this fall/winter and we've had significantly more spiders in our house. I was skeptical when we bought it, wondering if it actually served a purpose, but now after not having it done I realized that it was quite effective. Will be buying again going forward.

It worked pretty good. Price was okay. It was good. There was nothing in particular that impressed me. I gave them a B because they did the job.

Contacted provider initially on 11/25. Pest EZ technician dispatched to location. Technician did not find entry point for rodent (which I've later learned is a pretty big deal for stopping rodents). Technician left two bait traps and placed poison into one location. Technician ran vacuum on carpet. Irrespective of not having found entry source, technician made assurance rats would be euthanized by first treatment and second visit was only for verification. Price paid was $300 for initial and follow-up treatment. Follow-up treatment was to be performed in 30 days. House was occupied by an elderly woman, and arrangements were made for her to leave house due to presence of rodents and poison. Since hole was not plugged, rat(s) made substantially more damage in uninhabited house. Customer contacted provider on 12/11 to let them know more damage had been done. Provider did not recognize customer, denying any service had been performed at customer location. Provider eventually recalled original service provided about 30 minutes later. Provider could not provide immediate service as provider communicated during 12/11 call, instead providing 3 future dates of customer's choosing. Provider claims appointment was confirmed for follow-up service in 12/11 calls, which customer asserts is an error on provider's recollection. Customer asserts having communicated need to arrange for someone to meet technician and exact date/ time would be confirmed in a later call, which was to have a occurred later. There is no written transcript on either provider or customer's part, only an oral discussion. Provider dispatched technician on 12/16. Customer received message on mobile phone while in business meeting about technician having been dispatched, and due to arrive in 40 minutes. Communicated with neighbor to let technician in house, since no one was at residence. Neighbor watched house around estimated arrival time + one hour. No technician came to house in that time frame. Got a second pest control service involved, due to need for immediate action. Second provider found entry point for rodent and treated situation promptly and professionally. Assessment of original provider is about them being under-qualified. As an example, technician did not use any protective gear while aersolizing rat feces with a vacuum, handling traps and poison. After having second provider service house, texted provider on 12/21, asking for a 50% refund of $300. Believe a fair settlement is a 50/50 refund, since provider was paid for two visits upfront but only made one, looking for a return of $150 out of the $300 total. Provider believes customer is unethical. The real question is not that, but it really around provider ability and scheduling. If it is only a misunderstanding and second visit was never performed, a 50/50 refund sounds like a fair compromise. Funds used to pay exterminator was from a fixed income senior. Second provider used was much more thorough and made much more progress on initial visit. This review will remain confidential as customer has no intent to harm provider's business, other than to make sure an appropriate settlement is made.

I was very impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to work with my busy schedule. The specialist on duty helped me identify the issue at 7:30pm, answered all of my questions, and gave me a very realistic estimate. There was just a little snag with actually setting up the appointment, but that was all resolved on the scheduled day. The pest control specialist that came out was also very courteous and very thorough. I would definitely hire Pest EZ again.

They did all right. The deal was for inside and outside, and when I asked him about inside he said, well, really that's not part of the deal. He did spray just a little bit, but not like the first guy did.

Pest-ez returned my e-mail request for a quotation with a phone call within 20 minutes (on a Sunday) and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. A huge benefit to me was their willingness to schedule an evening appointment, since I work during the weekday. Logan showed up on time and was very professional, informative and fast. I would definately use Pest EZ again.

It went well and I see much fewer spiders now. They say it only lasts 3 months though, so that was something I didn't know before I bought it.

They were fine. They were no additional charges other than the big deal cost. I just didn't feel that it was that thorough. I guess it didn't cut down on any insects. My interactions with the provider were fine. The work turned out fine.

First I will say that we do have fewer bugs in our house, which is great. They have sprayed around the outside perimeter of the house and a bit inside. I had them come once or twice in 2014, liked the results, then signed up for the annual package for $400. My understanding with this package was that I could have them come out whenever I needed. Apparently instead, they come out maybe twice a year on THEIR schedule and spray the outside of the house. Then whenever I call and ask them to come because I've seen bugs, I feel like I'm being doubted. It's like "Oh... Well, how many did you see? Well where were they?" as if he doesn't think he needs to come out. I won't be renewing with them after this annual contract is done, instead I'm going to find another company. It's not worth negotiating when I want them to come out for a service that already I paid for in advance.

Ants had invaded our porch posts. I called, explained the problem and they were able to come out the next morning. They were on time and called when about 10 minutes out. Logan did the work and was both professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the guarantee, what would be used, how it worked and the behavior of the insects. We were very satisfied and don't expect to see any more ants.

They came out to my house to inspect my attic. Found bat droppings and recommended a bat repellent that they have to order and will come back out to install. While at the house, found four large wasp nests. He took care of them right on the spot. He spend a lot of time explaining everything to me. Turned out the bees were super aggressive too. He did a very through job and was very professional. This is a great company and it was a great experience. Thank you!

Scheduled the service and got my priority on the day/time. I was not home but the Technician was on time and nice. No issues were discussed and no literature was left with any issues so I presume I was good.

Great Company This is the last part of the service provided that began July 17, 2015. There was a squirrel caught that was getting inside my roof. The entry way, as well as 3 other openings spotted, was closed up. There is a charge of $45.00 per squirrel and costs for material and labor are given before the work is done. I really appreciated the quick response and there were no surprises, everything was upfront. I was glad to have the problem taken care of and was also given a 90 day guarantee. I have someone here checking the roof from time to time to make sure there are no additional openings so hopefully this problem won't occur again. This company really seems to care about their customer and I liked the professional and thorough way they took care of the problem. If it weren't for Angie's List, I don't know how I would have found a company I could trust to handle this, Thank You Angie's List!

This was the second application of pesticide, since we were still seeing dead carpenter ants shrivelled up around base boards and climbing walls, then dying and dropping off onto floors or carpeting. We had the initial application applied in late June, 2015. This service warranties there work if the first application does not perform well, they will re-apply. These guys are the best and quickest to respond, despite the fact that we live in rural area.

I called and first spoke with Jerimia and he was very helpful and thorough in explaining what the company did and answered all of my questions. He told me that a representative named Mike would come out to assess what the cause was for the noise I was hearing overhead in one of my rooms. Within a short time, Mike called and though I didn't get the impression he had spare time, he squeezed in a visit, within 10 minutes of my speaking to him., to check out the problem. This, I deeply appreciated. He and partner Logan did a thorough check. It was determined that there may have been a squirrel darting in and out of a small opening in the edge of my roof. He showed me where the problem was and set up a device to catch it. He will come from time to time to check it, depending on what happens with catching anything, there could be an additional cost but they are very honest and upfront about everything. They were both very friendly and nice in giving me information on any questions I had. I am hopeful that this problem will be resolved soon and very grateful for the speedy and professional service. I would say yes to band of neighbors but my schedule is overloaded. I do think, from what I've seen so far, they are a good company.

When we initially called, we got a quick response. We called the phone number listed. There was a delay in making the appointment. We were told it was due to regional franchising territories. Anyway, the tech finally arrived and surveyed the area and spotted the ants. He sprayed inside with a pet-friendly solution and brought out the strong stuff for the outside. He sprayed the roof, exterior, deck and flower beds. 2 months later we see very few to no ants. We would recommend these guys for treatment of those pesky ants anytime the need arises. We don't know the going rate for services rendered but we thought it may have been a little pricey.
