Went well. Knowledgeable service person. Took longer than the 10 days they had mentioned for the wasps to disappear, and it may also have been because of cooler weather, but it worked.

They responded quickly and checked my entire house, including the attic. Put poison in the attic, basement and garage. Also checked the exterior for access points. They did a great job.

This was my first experience with a pest control company and I like to support local businesses. However this may not have been the best choice. The person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and said they spray both inside the attic and outside for stinkbugs and gave me a price of $225. I told them it was a 1500 sq. ft. ranch. The serviceman arrived within a couple of hours. He did inform me that the price was as quoted but there was no guarantee for stinkbugs and reapplications were 75$ and only for the outside. I did agree to the service as my wife was very upset with the bugs. He asked how to get into the attic and I showed him and were I found several of the bugs by the fireplace. He then proceeded to spray outside, I then noticed he was spraying within a couple of feet near my wife's herb pots on the deck. I said I would move them but he did. We ended up emptying them because he sprayed to close for our comfort. The attic was another issue. We have a vaulted ceiling in the 23' x 16' great room were the fireplace is located and clearance is limited to 5 foot but is accessible as I had electrical work done over the living room. Finally he came down and said he thought they were entering from our gas fireplace and should consider closing it off but did not spray in the fire place or chimney flue. Not sure if he is allowed to do that and I called a chimney company and you can not put bug screening over the chimney flue. I asked if he saw any of the bugs in the attic by the chimney or the gable vent and he said he could not get close to it but he sprayed. Still had bugs coming in days later so I started using the fireplace everyday. The first time several bugs fell into the flames. I have continued to light the fireplace everyday for an hour and the bug infestation has decreased significantly but not entirely, will have to continue until they stop moving. Summary: Total time spent about 1 hour. No explanation of the chemical he was using perhaps I should have asked. No preliminary inspection of the attic.

The young gentleman was prompt, professional, and courteous. He explained what to expect from the yellow jacket hive and how long it would take for the larvae to hatch and leave the hive after the adults died off. He explained the company guarantee in the event there was more hive activity within 90 days.

Jerimia was extremely quick to reply and help schedule according to my availability (via text). Kevin was the tech who came out. He was courteous and prompt, called/texted when he was on his way. Most importantly, he walked me through every step of what he was doing and explained all his observations and what to look for in the future.

We had wasps that made a home inside an exterior wall to our home. We tried store bought spray and foam- neither of which worked. I called the company during business hours and left a message. I received a call back in about an hour. They offered a same day appointment and gave me a 5 hour window. They called before they came, were polite and professional. The price was more than I was hoping to pay but I didn't call around so I have no idea how it compares. No more wasps!

They were proficient and quick. I got very good results.

We were extremely satisfied with our service from beginning to end. We mostly dealt with Steve who was very professional and knowledgeable about our situation, my husband and i would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this service. Steve's appearance was always very clean (considering his line of work) Steve showed great respect for our house by covering up his shoes and cleaning up after going in to our attic, very professional!

My wife and I were both amazed at the level of service this company provided. I called in and received a call back within 20 minutes. We were in a pinch because were having new basement windows installed and didn't want to reschedule windows or put window installers in jeopardy. Mike said he would be able to make it out the same day I called. Needles to say we couldn't have been happier. Mike answered every one of my questions and told me what to do going forward so any remaining bee's wouldn't invade our house. The only reason I'm not leaving a price paid is because every situation is different and i don't want to give anybody false expectations. We're 100% about recommending this company to others.

Ant-free for months. This is our third year using these guys! We were relatively ant-free in year 2.

Great. They were gone within 3 days even though the exterminator said it would be more like a week. Others wanted 2 - 3 times more for the same work.

EXCELLENT service. I've been using this company for several years now. They're always prompt, responsive, take time to explain options and answer questions. I use them every year.

Excellent. Tech returned when promised to remove attic vents.

Purchased multiple treatments. Took repeated calls and over 3 weeks to get them out for the first treatment. They never came out for subsequent treatments even after saying they would. They would not show when they said they would and getting a response from them was very difficult.

Service purchased in advance through Angie's List coupon 10 days prior to service. Three dates and times given to receive service. No advance confirmation and I had to call their office to inquire about their whereabouts after waiting for four hours. They apologized and agreed to return the next day at 8am. Arrived at 9:15am. Despite logistics and lack of professional follow up, the service performed was thorough and well explained.

Pretty good. Existing mice were "eliminated", but new mice appeared. Eventually those also were "eliminated". Source of mice entry was not addressed, quote to do so was provided but was not acted upon.

Everything went well. We decided that additional services weren't necessary, but we'd go back to them if the situation changes.

Everything went well and have seen a major reduction of ants.

We'll see at the end of the year. They are responsive but Stink bugs tend to be intractable

Good so far. I also have them coming back to trap some groundhogs.

They were very good. The guy who helped me was named Steve came back multiple time and he was very helpful. I am very happy with the service.

There were no traps; I had heard noises at the edge of my attic and I called him, and he just checked out the attic and I think he just put some poison in there. For price, I thought it was reasonable so I'd give him an A. I was perfectly happy with them; as I said, we'd call them again if we needed something else. I guess I would just give him and A across the board; if I wasn't happy, I wouldn't say that. He was very pleasant, easy to contact, he came out when he said he would, did the work, and it was fine.

Although we have repair work to do prior to having them come back out, we'll be contacting Pest EZ to come back. I'd definitely recommend their services.

They did have to repeat the treatment, but they did at no cost. They covered their guarentee

It was okay. The first guy they have sent out didn’t do a very good job and was actually fired but then they did follow up and made sure they kept that beyond what they originally committed to.
