Description of Work: Removed Birds from the chimney and installed a chimney cap. The job was complicated by the height of the chimney and unique construction of the chimney. Nevertheless, Pest EZ stuck with the job and solved the problem.

Description of Work: I contacted Pest EZ and set up an appointment for 07/10/14. They never showed up for the appointment. I had to call to reschedule the appointment for 07/12/14. | |Part of the service was to spray the eaves on the outside of the house. This was not done. There was a recurrence of spider webs on the eaves within a week. | |In general, the treatment did not appear to have any impact at all.

Description of Work: Owner came out to eradicate a very large bee nest in the peak of our second story roof line and a nest by our porch. He sprayed the nest and informed us that he would be back in about 7 to 10 days to take the nest down. He came back and removed the nest. Very nice guy. Pleasant experience.

Description of Work: 1. Asked where I saw mice, others rodents, etc. Jeremiah (owner) then made rounds in the garage, outer perimeter of house and in the attic. The attic also had bats. Jeremiah took pictures to validate the bat and mice droppings. He made a call w/pics to my Condo. Mgt. Co. And they approved Pest Zealand to do the job. They I stalled "Bat tubes" which they will be removing in a few weeks. They also sealed the areas of the roof where the bats were entering. | | Co.

Description of Work: We had preventative spraying for ants, spiders, etc. They were offering a promotion through Angie's List and we nabbed it. They responded quickly, and were very helpful on the phone. |Time will tell how effective they were--and we had a family member here for the spraying itself, so I can't speak for how they were since I wasn't here. No complaints so far. Will update if it changes.

Description of Work: Spray/fog for mosquito control. We live on a small lake and noticed a very large improvement after the first treatment. Attempts to do it ourselves we not effective. They came out for second treatment a month later, just as mosquitoes were starting to build up again. |
