I do admit I dropped the ball on first appointment I do make mistakes. Try not to ever miss appointment that is pest ez integrity. But I also offered him compensation for missing the first appointment. Now the second appointment we called in advance then showed up to his house ready to go. Customer was not at home so we called again he picked up said he had a meeting and hung up. Finally if we had the wrong address, then customer provided wrong address because he signed into Angie's its and submitted his own address.

We gave an appointment date. Did not hear back for weeks then customer responded a two days prior to schedule day on Sunday. Angie's list allows us two days to check our messages. We never confined this appointment. Does not classify as a no call no show or worthy of a f rating. Our phone number and website is posted throughout Angie's list we always pick up phone and or call back.

Description of Work: After initial contact selecting time of arrival they called on the day of the service to give us a heads up as to time. Very genial, informative and professional. Did a thorough job of spraying the area for mosquitoes as was the first application. Definite reduction in the pests as was able to work outside the next day with only one buzzing around as compared to dozens just the day before. Think this will be a good investment this summer and will use this provider in the future.

Description of Work: Service technician came to the house to evaluate infestation of mice. They placed two traps, which they will return to pick up in one month. Investigated the exterior of the property to look for problems and none were identified. Technician was friendly, professional, and willing to answer our questions. So far, I have not noticed a huge difference in the problem, so I can't speak to the effectiveness, but it's only been 10 days or so. Will call them again for pest problems.
