Description of Work: They did pest control.

Description of Work: Contractors came promptly and the first thing they told me was that I needed to get my vents sealed for bats-- a service they did not realize that the owner had already provided. Then they sort of stroked their chins and concluded that oh, yes they probably were sealed. Nevertheless they had the gumption to propose another several hundred dollars worth of services. By the way, since their visit there has been no evidence of bats. Treatment for mice was sufficient. Very disappointing because my original experience was a good one.

Description of Work: He sprayed outside for a while and inside for a while. I didn't follow him around so I assume he did a good job.

Description of Work: We needed control of a pretty extensive (by my account, anyway!) carpenter ant infestation. They were able to come out within 2 days of our initial call. The employee informed us of how results should progress and what we could expect. He was cognizant and respectful of the fact we have both children and pets in the house. The whole procedure took about half an hour, if not less. He also said to call if we were still seeing ants in the house after 30 days. After a month, we were still seeing stragglers, so after calling the company, Rob (?, I think that's who it was. My husband is awful with names) came right out the next day and sprayed again. We haven't seen an ant since. We'll definitely call them again should the need arise.

Description of Work: I have used this company for the past couple of seasons and they have been very responsive and attentive. We are so happy we get to enjoy our yard more since they control the mosquitos for us.

Description of Work: They sprayed for mosquitoes. It worked pretty well, although we still had mosquitoes, they weren't nearly as bad. We are basically in a field, so it probably reduced the effectiveness.

Description of Work: Had the yard sprayed for mosquitos. Sprayings are done twice, a month apart, during the summer. Worked great, we weren't bothered by mosquitos at all this summer (for a change).

Description of Work: removed a bees nest, never came back the next week to get the remains of what they left on the house

Description of Work: Treated my entire property with a mosquito repellent in July and August. I was very satisfied with the results and will use this provider again if such services are required.
