Pest EZ

I couldn't do yard work or even sit in my yard without being swarmed my mosquitos. I was skeptical, but since the first treatment I haven't been bitten ONCE. It's so nice to be able to weed my garden in peace. I couldn't be happier!

He's really responsive. We used them in a Big Deal for an insect outside and inside spray. He told us what his findings were and what their additional services were. So I went ahead to increase our services for the whole year instead of that one application. So we decided what we should do and they said they would come every 90 days through the year unless there is a problem. He's a nice guy, and he offered additional services if we needed them. They also do animal control. So they're one of the few companies that do both insect and animal control. I last had contact with them about the third week of May. The Big Deal service was $99 but when we moved to the whole year service we pay $365.

It went well. It was their patience.

The raccoon were in a part of the attic that does not have access. Rather than cut open the attic I had Pest EZ trap the raccoon. The first one we caught was an adult male and so it may have just been wandering the neighborhood. 3 juveniles and an adult female were subsequently caught. When we caught two kits at once we were charged only one cage fee. Unfortunately we caught the kits before the mother. However, the provider kept the most recently caught kit and was able to reunite it with the mother. My attic is raccoon free. I was given options of types of cages and treatments. I'd use the service again.

It was great. They're on time, they did the job and cleaned it. I was pleased with them and I will call them again. I was surprised of what they did.

I was please with the service and now I don't have that raccoon problem and more. I also go a chimney screen put on so that it will keep animals out of the chimney. Now I can sleep in peace. The man who came and sprayed was nice enough. He just had one small sprayer and used that on the outside and inside. I don't know anything about bug prevention but I was thinking he'd have something more than a sprayer. It's been about 6 weeks since he came and I've seen a spider and a huge centipede, so I'm not sure how effective the spraying was. The house was empty at the time of the treatment, because he hadn't moved in yet. Also there is no landscaping on the outside of the house. I would think this would allow them great access to bug hiding places but it seems not all of the spots were sprayed since I've seen insects.

They came on a rainy day and said they could only spray the inside, which they did. They promptly returned another day when it was dry and sprayed the exterior. They were very specific with instructions on what to do after the application. They said they were willing to return for free if the ants were not gone in thirty days for additional treatment. So far the few ants left seem to be near death.

The squirrel was trapped and removed successfully. No more scratching noises to report.

My experience has been okay. It took me a couple times to get an appointment due to the weather. I liked the value of the service. The technician was knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do in the appointment.

Mike was thorough with the work he performed. He was very knowledgeable and provided a complete analysis of the issue and gave recommendations to take care of the source of the problem.

They were just friendly and easy to us.

Mike treated all the areas I requested, inside and out. I have not seen any return yet..

It was easy to schedule but I did have to pay a little extra for the service since it fell outside of the deal's terms. They gave me a 1 month period to have them come back out if any problems existed. They were on time and professional.

Excellent.received and e-mail from Mike requesting possible dates of service which worked out great for my schedule.The day of service Mike phoned me to advise he would be in my area with-in a hour which allowed me time to secured my pets. mike was very professional,explained everything he did as well as ask what we're my concerns. I cannot express how well Mike did his job. With-in days my pest problems are non existence, I would recommend Pest E-Z to everyone ,and I will be in contact with them to set up follow up service for the rest of the year.

Experience with Pest EZ was fine. He did a very good job. He was very professional. He explained to me what happened and what they would do, how they would set the trap up there and put food into the trap and if he got back up there he will be caught in the trap, so he explained everything very well and they let me know what the cost would be for them to come out because I think it was on a Saturday that they had to come out and what the cost would be and everything and he told me after he left and filled in the hole and everything, if I had a problem, to just call them back and they will come back out and they wouldn't charge me as long as it was within a couple of months. So, I think they were very nice, very professional and did a great job.

Great experience in that the company contacted me for an appointment within 1 business day and then made the appointment the following week which was for my convenience. Showed up on-time for appointment, review my needs and then quickly performed the service. Then took the time to explain what was done, what I should see and how to contact them if additional service was needed.

When Pest EZ called about the coupon, I told them the noises I heard in the ceiling. Mike said the coupon didn't apply to anything but bug spraying, but they could apply it towards the pest removal I needed and quoted $80 for a squirrel trap and $40 for each squirrel, or $120 for mice. He said we could apply the $99 I already paid for the coupon to the pest removal I wanted. The next day, he called and said he'd have to cancel because it was raining and he couldn't spray for bugs in the rain. He seemed to forget that I didn't want bug spraying. I reminded him about hearing possible mouse noises. He said that he could still come out. When he got here, he said I'd need to get a refund from Angie's List, or else he could only put $65 toward the cost of removing what turned out to be a bird's nest. The pest removal went up to $185. He said he'd need to go to Home Depot and get a vent cover with a screen which wouldn't match the siding. I knew I would have had to take off a day of work if I didn't get it done then, so I agreed. He removed the nest, disinfected and replaced the faulty vent cover. So I liked that he cleaned it out and disinfected and replaced the vent cover with something that can keep birds out. But I had to pay $115 for the service call and $45 for removing the nest and $25 for the bird guard to be put on. You can see I got no discount. I felt shuffled around with the changing story on payment. In the end, I'm glad it's done. The result was good but the price was high.

Pest EZ was punctual, courteous and very professional. My wife and I both work so scheduling can be tricky. We need service providers who keep appointments! Pest-EZ was extremely responsive and informative. I felt as though the right steps were taken and that company will stand behind their work.

It went well. We've got a lot of dead bugs and we're waiting for those pesty stinkbugs to disappear. I did call and they said it could take aboutf 3 or 4 weeks for the stinkbugs because they don't crawl on the ground and it takes a little longer. Works for me!

I can't even begin to tell you how thankful I am for these guys. It was a Saturday night, and somehow a poor little squirrel got stuck in my furnace and chimney stack. I called everyone I could find online and no one was willing to come until Monday. I didn't want to be a squirrel killer! Plus I couldn't turn the heat on! Luckily, someone I spoke to suggested I call Pest EZ. They were quick to call me back and were happy to come over. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with. They not only got the little squirrel out (safely), they promised to humanely release it far away from my home (big plus for me). They also went through my entire basement to make sure I had no critter problems. They discovered that the squirrel got into the chimney because the cap was too large. Instead of telling me to buy a new one, they offered to run to Home Depot, purchase the cap and install it for no additional cost. They were friendly, quick, courteous & very knowledgable. I plan on sharing their information with my friends, especially since no other company was willing to provide service on the weekend!

They did a great job and were very thorough. They were pleasant, professional, cleaned up well, and removed the nest and birds from the premises. They also sealed the duct with screening to keep other pests out.
