I had the Big Deal. Then he went up on to the attic to check for me and found out that I had bats so they came back and charged $700 to seal up all the vinyl so that they could get up there and put up a bat escape thing up there which was all fine and I don't hear any scratching up there. But he was supposed to come back and put some mice things up there and I have not heard from him yet. They honored the original price and did additional animal removal and a little bit of ceiling work as well. The guy who came out knew what he was doing and he sealed up every hole that I had. I had siding on my house and he nailed up and caulked the gutters, any holes anywhere so that any bats or any of that could not get in, they put up a screen over the vent from my bathroom. It is not there anymore. He did an excellent job. He was awesome. They did a good job. They were very professional, they were very nice, and they came on time.

These guys were great, but I had an unpleasant surprise when I learned I needed to pay an addition $100 plus, over and above the Angie's List offer, to use a and quot;specialand quot; chemical for what they believed could be a carpenter ant problem. That said, the ants have been gone since the visit.

Angie's list special, sounded like a great deal $99 for inside and out. We had problems with spiders inside and ants outside. Appointment setup was easy and crew showed up on time. When crew arrived, then learned that $99 doesn't cover ants, agreed to pay additional $75. (Not happy about the timing of that disclosure) Outside job sprayed down exterior of house and grounds near the house. Fairly effective treatment. Inside, the treatment was only and quot;spotand quot;.... If there was a visible web, it got sprayed. I doubted that this could possibly be effective, and it was not, at all, effective. Crewman mentioned that the chemicals they use are mild/safe and said if ineffective, then call back and arrange free follow up. This upsets me on principle. If you know your treatment is mild and requires multiple applications, then please immediately schedule the follow-up....my opinion. I did try calling back last month, but gave up after a couple rounds of phone tag. Otherwise, crew was punctual and courteous. Update 7/25: This company clearly takes their Angies List grades seriously, and more importantly, really strive to keep their customers happy and satisfied. After posting the above review, I was contacted by Mike who setup a appointment to come back to the house and inspect and re-treat. He gave me a courtesy call before the appointment as promised, and showed up on time. He gave the entire outside of the house a repeat treatment for spiders, including garages. He also came inside and gave a repeat treatment throughout. The treatment was again a spot treatment, but Mike took his time and was inspecting carefully with his flashlight. We suspected that our 5-yr old was getting spider bites, and Mike 'dug into' her bedding and underneath to inspect, and found no cause for concern. He gave the basement a through walk-through/inspection/spot treatment. Finally, Mike said that if we see any more bugs within the next couple of months that I should call him back and he'll hit 'em again. I have to say that I felt bad for leaving a bad review for a company that obviously cares about their customers. So, Mike, this review is for you. You get an A. Thanks! I'll be a repeat customer, and recommend this company.

Very polite and responded quickly.

Jerimia was very nice and responsible and worked with us to schedule a convenient time. We had never done anything to control mosquitos before. He avoided areas like our garden and pond to be extra-safe and we were able to use our yard this year.

I was very happy with the service. I sent them a message through Angie's list and they called right away to set up an appointment the same day. Mike called before he arrived like he promised and was here on time. He was friendly and didn't try to sell me on anything, just took care of what I needed. He told me that the treatment should take about 10 days to work but here on day 2 there are no bees going in/out of the roof eave and no bees in the house for the first time in a week! I don't know how the price compares to other companies but I will say that I am happy with the work that was done.

They were very punctual and they seemed to do a good job. It is a little too early to tell if the treatment was successful. They said to wait 1-10 days. The company may be a little bit on the expensive side on what they did but I would probably use them again.

It went well. He was punctual and knowledgeable. Completed the service in a timely manner.

I reached out to the provider about some details of the service and after getting their response decided this was not the right service for my needs. They were very polite, professional, responsive and accomodating as they even offered to apply the $99 as a credit towards another service. I have requested a refund from Angie's List.

He arrived promptly and assessed the situation. He was polite and quick in removing the animal and providing me with information regarding the situation. He sprayed the affected area so as to kick any potential threatening insect activity and he collected the exact payment we discussed. It was lightening fast and efficient!

The guy was prompt and very professional and even offered to give and additional spray for ants however the only problem I have is I have not seen one dead spider, or bug. They do state give it 30 days, so hope fully I will see some dead spiders soon

He was here on time and was very professional and would hire him again. He is going to return in july and August to complete the treatments. He worked with me on the dates and we rescheduled because of the rain, I appreciated that so that the treatment would be more effective.

Great! They came out right away, were fast and efficient, and we haven't had a problem with birds since.

The coupon was purchased but when I called to schedule they said that coupon was old however they did decide to honor it which I thought was the right thing to do. They scheduled prompty, arrived on time and they controlled the pest problem on the first visit! Definitely a good company.

Mike came by within 2 hours of my initial call to Pest EZ. He professionally inspected my entire house for signs of either mice or bats or critters in general. We have been hearing scratching in our ceilings only at night and it was getting louder. One provider I called actually asked me to check my attic myself before he sent someone out. I told him my daughter is in a wheelchair and I have a bad knee. I can't climb a ladder to check to see if there is a racoon or mice. That's what I planned on paying for. I was extremely happy with the inspection and response from Pest EZ. We are not sure of the final result yet - but the initial price was worth the inspection for ease of mind. Mike then set a number of traps in the attic and around the house perimeter. The treatment price and plan also includes return visits to confirm success.

We were pleased. They sprayed inside and outside. They also made some recommendations on moving some wood.

Service went well as expected. He investigate to see what type of bugs and the noise in between the walls.

It went well. We haven't seen anything, but it was a preventative service. They came out when they were scheduled.

We had scheduled a service two days prior, but had to re-schedule due to a storm outage. We called after power was restored, and Jerimia came out the following day. He called us 30 minutes beforehand to let us know he was on his way, after having given us a three hour window. He surveyed the situation, and realized the problem was much more extensive than just a bird and nest removal. He had to make another trip to acquire the needed length of ductwork to replace the original which had been contaminated. Two of the flappers on the outside air vent were broken and couldn't be replaced, but he did screen over the entryway. Jerimia is a very friendly professional and we highly recommend him.

Have not seen any ants since.

Gave us some idea if what to exoect (how quickly bugs will go away, etc). Was quick to respond for scheduling. Showed up on time and was extremely nice and professional. Would use again. Highly recommend.

Great! After the first spay the bugs were dramatically less in our yard. We have 2 more sprays in the future.

I have not used them yet, but they responded immediately by email after I bought the deal.

Tried to forgo indoor to get extra outdoor spraying and couldn't do it. Charged an upgrade to spray for hornets on the back deck. Tried to sell me rat control even tho the house is only 10 years old. Not real happy with them.

He sprayed the entire exterior and interior of our home. He did explain a lot and was very helpful. I thought the service was pretty pricey for their annual maintenance program, but I needed it done so I gave it a try. Unless I get a better deal from them, I might try someone else next year. But I was happy with their service and he indicated we could call him if the spray didn't take care of the bugs and ants.
