The company missed the first appointment time but a second call resulted in a successful outcome. The job was so well done we haven't seen another bug anywhere (inside or on the deck!). The missed first appointment was compensated by reducing the bill by $25. I would highly recommend this company.

Purchased a 1x application deal back in 9/2014. Initial dealings were quite positive; I have since purchased their annual maintenance / seasonal treatments package. In addition to treating the property, they will take the time to point out areas of concern (and suggest remediation steps) that could lead to pest problems.

He was very professional. He called 10 minutes prior to arrival and informed me of what he was going to do to treat the problem.

Mike was very professional and arrived on time as agreed. He shared expert information on the overall protection level of my home from all types of pests as well as how spiders were getting inside my home. Overall the service was excellent --I have not had ANY issues with spiders or anyother pests since he serviced my home.

Have not seen one ant for a while. We had someone else come out earlier in the spring who sprayed inside, but that did not really deal with the problem. Pest EZ also did some yellow jacket work for us. Jeremia knows his stuff.

Part of me feels like this was a waste and I was deceived. The special was for preventative spraying, like ants and spiders, but when he arrived, he told me that it most likely wouldn't be effective because any spiders would already be inside the house, since it was already cold outside. What was the point then? Why did he advertise and sell something that was going to be ineffective? The special was for exterior spraying, yet he didn't spray outside because it was too cold. He only spent about 15 minutes spraying inside (my basement, where most of the spiders exist) and then wanted to do a bunch of additional inspections for "free." It seemed to me that the call was really just to try and sell on a yearly maintenance plan and other services. He wanted to climb into my attic so he could look into other pests or possible entry ways, and charge for taking care of them. However, the gentleman was extremely nice and friendly. He provided some good advice. The spraying is something I want to start doing and would most likely purchase a maintenance plan in the future, and I would probably use him if it wasn't for the fact that I have a bad taste in my mouth for being deceived into buying this knowingly ineffective $99 special. While he seemed like the type of person I would want doing the work, I'll probably have to go with someone else out of principle.

The provider arrived on time. Provider applied spray and gave consultation. I set up an appointment to have provider return and plug insect entrance points.

Came out on a Sunday! Very expedient and professional !

It went great. No more wasps after 48 hrs. And it took only 15 minutes to apply the treatment. The man that came (I forgot his name but I believe it's a small family business) was very serious and knowledgeable. Also he was the first one to respond and be able to show up after I contacted 4 or 5 different pest exterminators.

It went great! I called with my spider problem and got a scheduled appointment just 2 days later. They came on time and provided great service! The price especially was excellent! Also they use a plant based insecticide, so I felt more comfortable having it sprayed in the house.

We called because we had a spider problem in a new house we just purchased. He offered to reschedule because of the rain potentially affecting the outdoor spray, but we went ahead with the appointment anyway because our move in date is less than a week away. He was very thorough and went above and beyond spraying every corner and space where bugs could potentially be a problem. The previous homeowners had a different exterminator check for bats/eradicate three yellow jacket nests in the attic as a result of our home inspection, and he took a look for us and gave us his opinion on what repairs needed to be done to prevent future issues with those pests (we found several additional wasps in the house) and wrote us a free estimate. Several days later, we discovered his spraying worked, because my husband found another yellow jacket nest behind an electrical outlet in our living room but all the occupants were dead, so we just had to clean out the wall. I would definitely use them again!

I would say it went satisfactory. They came out and put a poison trap out. He hasn't been very good at coming back and checking it though.

It was excellent. I can't say enough. He was very professional. He came out and explained the whole thing to me. He called our home every time before he was gonna come out so that we were aware. The first time he installed it, the very next day, it poured rain. We were able to sit out the very next day after it stopped raining with no mosquitoes. We could not sit out on our deck before but after his treatments, we did able to for the whole season so I would highly recommend him. He totally honored the $199.00. He called back right away and he was very professional and answered all my questions and explained exactly what he would be doing and it worked. So far, I think he's probably been the best thing I've had. In fact, I am going to call him and ask for other pest control. I thought it was very fair. I would definitely use him again.

It went great. He was a really nice guy and while he was at the house my sickly mom fell and couldn't walk, he was great picking her up and getting her to the couch.

after purchasing the deal my wife informed me that she had already done pest control treatments so we didn't need the deal.

They came and sprayed during the day while we were not at home with instructions left at the door about how long to stay off the lawn and contact information. Our yard is very wet and poorly drained with lots of trees and shrubs so it's a constant battle with the mosquitoes, the treatments definitely helped and we were able to enjoy our yard more in between large storms.

They were responsive (called us the day after we purchased the deal), but during the scheduling process the owner got defensive and said he would call us when it got closer to the time of service. We work during the day and wanted to schedule a time in advance to ensure that we were around when he came. He said that we would have to leave our home anyway while he did the service. It was an overall unpleasant experience.
