I noticed mice activity in late December 2014. I send a message through my Angie's List account on Jan 1st. He contacted me right away and came over on January 2nd to take a look at what's happening and to give an estimate. He noticed that there adult and young mice ... immediately placed baits to have them leave. Checked the house inside and out to look at possible entry points. Gave me an estimate to plug all the outside leaks and holes. When he came back to plug the 12 holes identified, I asked him to plug some holes in the kitchen too and offered to pay for them over the estimate. Did that for no extra charge. I noticed after a month or so that one hole that was identified in the frame of the garage door was not plugged. He came back to plug that. Very responsive and helpful.

Mosquitos came back a few days after the first spraying. I called and they came back and sprayed again at no additional cost. I am seeing great results.

They have excellent service at an affordable price.

Talked with Jerimia on phone and he scheduled the job for the next day which I appreciated. The next day he (I forget his name) arrived at my house for the job. He apologized sincerely on phone and in person that he was at previous job which took longer than expected. I thanked him and said I understood. Found and removed one snake quickly. Spent time looking for a second snake and said it was not there.

They came and sprayed outside and a week or two later I had ants in the house. We called them again and they did some additional work that they didn't charge me for, so that was good. They did a good job. The workers were nice. Everything was okay with that.

used this provider last summer too. did an excellent job of reducing mosquitos in my yard.

I was surprised there was a separate service call charge. I bought the Angies list for bug treatment. When they were here I realized I had a bird nest in a attic vent. They charged 100 service call even though they were already here. Then another 120 dollars to remove the nest and put the screen back up. It took 15 minutes or less.

No more ants after one treatment. It did take a few weeks for the treatment to run its course. One issue I had was that the Angie's List coupon I purchased did not include spraying for carpenter ants. Company honored the coupon anyway.

Company came out and sprayed. However, ant problem continued and had to have them come back out 3 months later to treat specific area again

I have not had a problem with carpenter ants since. He was going to call me with a price to fill in/caulk some small open areas around my slider to prevent bugs/ants coming into the frame of the house, but I never heard back from him.

Courteous, followed instructions and provided information.

The guy that came out was nice. I called and explained we had a bat in our home and he came out the same day we called to assist with making sure more bats weren;t in our home. H also did extra work for us such as removing a birds nest. I believe he's very knowledgeable on pest control. We haven't had an issue since we called.

Exactly as scheduled - exactly as expected

I scheduled the day before and told them that another contractor had seen carpenter ants in my attic above the garage. I was given a quote of $175 to spray treatment around the outside of my house and in attic for ants. Jerimia and a technician called a few minutes prior to arrival then arrived within time window given. I showed them the attic and he asked if I had seen ants inside as well. I said yes, but not recently. He said they could spray inside the house on the main floor as well just to make sure we don't get any more ants. I specifically asked if that would increase the price and he said no, it would be the same as quoted on the phone, $175. The technician finished the spraying in about 25 minutes and Jerimia had left during that time. The tech brought me the invoice and the total was $200. I said I thought it was supposed to be $175. He said it was a little more because he had gone into the attic and not to worry, there was a 90- day warranty. Well, that was what I was told would be done for 175. I didn't have time to argue so begrudgingly paid. $25 is not a ton of money, but it is not what was agreed upon. I texted Jerimia the issue and he wrote back that his standard quote for carpenter ants was $175-200, but he "believed me" and would send me a check for $25 the next day. It's been 3 weeks and I still have not received it. I might have gone with another company if I had known the true price. I will not use them again. UPDATE 6/20/15 I did finally received the $25 check on 6/20/15.

I found PestEZ on Angie?s list and they had good reviews. I called them to come out and take care of some carpenter ants we had. I talked to Jerimiah and decided to pay for the annual plan ($349) which would take care of the carpenter ants and any other insects. He said they have about an 80 percent success rate for carpenter ants with the first treatment. I had done some research on carpenter ants and from what I read, a slow acting spray should be used on them so they can take it back to the nest and kill the nest. Otherwise, if they sense danger, they will just move the nest somewhere else. He sent someone out to spray. They were supposed to call 30 min. before coming and didn?t but they were within the specified time frame so I was home. The person that was sent didn?t seem very knowledgeable about carpenter ants. I was surprised that the same spray was used on the exterior and interior of the home. When I asked him about slow moving chemical he said this will kill on contact and didn?t have anything else to say other than the standard ?we use this and will come back in 30 days if it doesn?t work?. The ants did slow down in the original place we saw them but picked up in other places. We were still finding between 5 and 30 ants a day. I suspect they moved the nest. I called back on a Wednesday after 30 days and discussed my concerns with Jerimiah including that the person didn?t seem knowledgeable about carpenter ants. He told me I could call him with any questions or concerns and stated that it's not likely they will have to treat a third time for carpenter ants. He scheduled someone to come back out in a 3 hr window that Friday. Nobody ever came or called. I called them 2 hours after the window ended and he apologized saying it was his fault. We then rescheduled for the following Monday. He told me he was personally going to come out. This time I did get a call 20 min. prior to their arrival but it was the same person that came out as the first time. This time he used a powder inside the house and sprayed on the outside. We did see an ant while he was here and tried to watch the trail back but it died before it made it anywhere. He had said the powder was supposed to be slow moving but I guess it wasn't slow moving enough for that ant. I will have to keep watching! I guess we will see how it goes from here and I?ll update the review as such. All this being said, both people I dealt with were very nice and assured me they will keep coming out until the problem is taken care of. If that is the case, then yes, I would use them again. I have referred them 3 or 4 times since the initial treatment just based on price (it was about half of Orkin or Terminix).

Had the first application of 3 of the mosquito treatment. He did a thorough job of spraying our ravine lot backyard and we've noticed a significant improvement in the mosquito situation. Will continue to do this and try and get the neighbors to do the same.

The service went very well. Since having the prevention spray, we have not seen any centipedes or spiders. The exterminator was very helpful and sprayed in easy-to-miss areas outside. We still occasionally have ants in the kitchen, but they offered to come back for free if we were not satisfied after 30 days.

Mike was very responsive and took the time to explain the process right from the start so that I knew what to expect. I am thrilled with the speed at which he was able to remove the racoons and with the price. I will definitely keep Pest EZ in mind for any future removal needs.

I had used PestEZ last year, mainly to spray for ants and bees. We had such good results from last year's spraying that I decided to use them again this season. We had been having issues with carpenter ants around the deck in the back yard for years. After PestEZ sprayed last year, we have not seen a carpenter ant since. We also typically have problems with yellow jackets in the late summer and fall, but after they sprayed last spring, we no issues with bees last fall. Scheduled an appointment to have them come out to spray. They showed up within the hours we had agreed upon to spray. A week or so later, I noticed seeing 20+ bees over the course of the weekend. I contacted PestEZ again and they came out again and retreated for bees at no extra charge.

sprayed outside of house first and then came inside and sprayed selective areas. Was very cautious not to overspray inside area. I have been satisfied and am not seeing any bugs.

We won't know full effectiveness for about a month but not seeing the usual spring ants coming in. Now it is the last week of June. There wasn't any ants found since the treatment. The spiders outside have been minimized also. Even with the amount of rain we have had we both feel that the treatment exceeded our expectations.
