The workers got 24 done but needed to come back in the spring to finish the other two. There was a water pressure issue with them and for some reason they couldn't finish the job that day (work was done in early October). Called them in the spring and the owner didn't return my call for a week. Informs me he's too busy with other jobs right now but will send someone out after a big rain storm (since his crew wouldn't be able to work at other sites due to the mud). Never happened. My wife called him a bit later and he told her if they came out to finish the job, it wouldn't be a free service call. Keep in mind I paid him in full for all 26 units in October. Now I have to pay him again? His Facebook page talks about your word on honor. Apparently he doesn't practice what he preaches. I would never recommend his company to anyone.

Did an excellent job. Part of my driveway is paved and part is gravel. He floated the blade nicely on the gravel part. Used a snow blower on the sidewalks and left everything nicely cleaned up. Have had a hard time getting good plowing services for several years now and Brian did an excellent job so far this year.

Not well. Took 3 weeks to get anyone to come out to look at my sprinkler system issues. Weather was always the issue (too busy elsewhere, delayed by rain, etc.) Two young guys came finally to evaluate the system. Seemed to get it but couldn't make any real recommendation. Took another 2 weeks for a quote (verbal) but only after I called the shop. More excuses followed, with the owner saying he needed to come out and look himself. End of story: not going with them, won't refer. Poor response, way too long, no sense iof urgency (first call mid-May) now it's getting hot and my sprinklers are still not right!

It didn't. After multiple calls where I actually talked to the owner and he expressed interest in doing the work I could never get him to call back to make arrangements. Twice he offered to meet me at the property on the weekend over a two week period and each time neglected to call when he couldn't make it. The last time I talked to him he was in his truck (just like every other time) and he promised to call me by the end of my work day at 5:00pm. Never heard from him again.

Every time they have worked with us it has gone extremely well, as described above.

About five years ago we received a flyer in the mail from BCS Irrigation so we thought we would give him a try. We have been so thankful we did so. Not too many service guys out there you can trust. Brian, the owner, tells it like it is. I feel comfortable with him around. He owns the job and takes care of whatever needs to be done on a timely bases. You never have to wonder if he will return your call. He takes pride in his community and takes care of it. I am a Realtor and I refer him to fellow Realtors as well as my customers.

We are extremely happy with the job they did. They were on time, worked very hard, and finished a big job in one day which happened to be a very hot day. They had a crew of four who were very professional and courteous. They explained how it worked and left instruction manuals for us and offered to come out if we had any questions. We received three quotes for the service and they were the best. We'll definitly call them back when we add the backyard system.
