A-1 Furnace & Duct Cleaning

A1 did an outstanding job cleaning our vents and duct work in our home. They really know what they are doing as they have been in business 40 years. They explain everything they are doing. They are professional, on time, great at communicating, caring, and respectful of your property. I will definitely use their service for future jobs. Highly recommend. Price was very reasonable

They showed up on time and for a disasterous mess, they finished within the time slot of 3 hours. They quoted us $300 not knowing how dirty the ducts were and stuck to that price even though it was extra work.

the service persons were very polite and knowledgeable. the employees should not talk about what companies did not do wright. they should take notes to be discussed in company meetings.

They were very prompt, polite and knowledgeable. I would have liked to see the little "booties" come out before I had to ask if he were going to use any. That alone would not discourage me from telling others about A-1.

They showed up on time and were very polite, however they left a large mess behind. I'm also cuious why we spent almost $400 and they didn't even clean the cold air returns. There was dust and dirt all over our basement where there was none before and after they "cleaned" our chimney, and there were large chuncks of ash and soot all around our fireplace surround and tracked though the living room and laundry room. They were here 3.5 hours, but didn't have time to clean up after themselves.

There was one guy, but he did an excellent job and arrived early for the job. Needed the service due to allergies and immediately noticed that the symptoms were gone! Would definitely use A-1 again and have already recommended their service to others!
