The gentlemen that performed the service worked very hard to minimize debris, were conscious of there surroundings(physically and verbally), and were very meticulous in their work. The work was also done in less time than estimated. Being that it was winter time and the vacuum hose was coming through an open window, we really appreciated that. Thank you A-1 :)

Prompt, neat, cleaned up what they did. Price reasonable without unnecessary extras (options not added into base price). We also had them clean one fireplace chimney, and again, very careful and thorough.

I talked with Bill on the phone and he was very knowledgable and had great customer service. His duct cleaner Matt came out on time and did a great job. My nose is not as stuffy as it feels better breathing in our house.
