Friendly and good work.

My experience was exceptional from the initial call to the company to them finishing the work the same day. The office provided a 2-hour window for the service man to arrive. He arrived during that time frame with a can-do attitude and knew instantly what needed to be done. He explained what he was going to do and how and then did it in about 1-1/4 hours (which included a trip to the hardware for a part). Everything went as expected with no mess what so ever. Moreover, he improved what had been there by configuring the replacement pipe more directly, with fewer turns and a slightly steeper slope. Perfect! I couldn't be happier.

Everything went well. Wild's did a very professional job at a very reasonable price, and they cleaned up once the job had been finished.

Their scheduling department is very courteous, they answer questions completely, and they are prompt and professional.

I like them very much. They came under the estimate. They are very polite. They do very good work. They clean up when they are done. They were able to fix the problems that I had. Their price and quality is excellent. They are very responsive, punctual and professional. I would continue to use them in the future.

Every member of the staff we encountered was courteous, friendly, and professional. The salespeople, office staff and installers were sensitive to how we wanted things done and made sure every step of the way that we were satisfied. They arrived on time and finished even quicker than we expected. They left our basement with no evidence of their work except for the new furnace. They removed all scrap material and cleaned up everything. We received lots of information on how to make our new equipment work and were told to be sure to call with questions. Most importantly, the installers were so friendly and knowledgeable. They were truly a joy to have in our home. They made sure that we understood what they were doing and why, and made sure that we were happy with the way they were installing everything. Price was right, equipment is top notch and the job was completed professionally and in a timely manner. HVAC is a major investment, and we're very confident that we chose the right company and will be comfortable calling them with questions in the future
