+ -1 moreResponded the very same day that I called. Professional. Less expensive than two other local appliance stores that provided an estimate. The GE help line also recommended Timms as an authorized repair company. I would call this company again. Great service.

Description of Work: First of all, they came out on a Saturday, which I really appreciated. The service call was $48 and the 2 men pulled the fridge out from it's cabinet, removed the inside back panel from the bottom freezer box and defrosted all the ice from the evaporator. They arrived right on time, were very professional and did not make conversation. They got the job done in 1 1/2 hours. They needed to order a new control panel and planned to return to install it. I ended up ordering the part and installing it myself because I wanted to keep costs down. I highly recommend these folks. The company has a good reputation for servicing what they sell, which is why I purchased the appliance from them.

+ -1 moreSteve was quiet and professional, I found out he has worked for Timm's for about 30 years. We also asked about a problem we were having with our washing machine not finishing a cycle sometimes and instead of pushing us to replace the entire electronic controller he said we should try leaving it unplugged for while so it could reset. But he did take down all the washer information so he could order the part if we needed it. We wanted to pay with a credit card and they don't do mobile credit, but said I could call the office an pay over the phone which was very quick and not a problem at all. Timm's is a quality operation and I am glad they are providing quick service in my town!
Description of Work: Our GE drier was making a horrible squeaking sound when running. Steve from Timm's was available to come over the next day that I called. He quickly took the drier apart and found the front seal was worn out. He replaced it with an original GE part that was in his van.
