 + -1 moreI called the Key Shop, letting them know our front door lock had broken. They came out the very next morning (we were still able to lock the door from the outside, so it wasn't critical to have same-day service) and checked it out. The lock was discontinued and needed a new part, which they ordered and installed early the following week. In the interim, they were able to fit a different part so that we could operate the lock--imperfectly--from inside as well. They were extremely professional and courteous, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: Our front door lock broke. The Key Shop fixed it promptly and at a fair price.
