.Because of my experiences with Superior, I can state that I will choose this company over others even if their bid is higher than others. A savings of a few hundred dollars-- as I learned the hard way-- is not worth it, when, for that extra few bucks, I know Superior will show up on time, finish on time, and complete the job in a timely, conscientious way/ And when they leave, the place will be clean and the work will be-- 'superior." HIGHLY RECOMMEND. PERIOD.

The installation of this type of blind was new to him. He took his time, did the work carefully and perfectly. No problems. Spotless cleanup. He had to move furniture to get to the windows. His fee was more than reasonable.

James provided a very detailed estimate with the cost of the bath and bar including allowances. We made a few changes during the construction process, one which was installing a sink (the original bar design had no sink thinking there was no possible way to do it). James' price was competitive and his punctuality was perfect. He is not like typical contractors that have multiple people and multiple jobs at once. James stayed until the job was done. He came exactly the day he said he would start. Our bar turned out specatacular, and the additional 1/2 bath really made the basement much for functional. His installation of the laminate floor was done a few weeks later and it also turned out great. Highly recommended!

The job went very well. Jim was able to accommodate several last minute changes that were successfully completed. All the materials arrived in a timely manner. There was one tile availability problem but that was the fault of the supplier that I chose. The daily progress made on this project completed as I had hoped it would. The work that Superior Carpentry does is the best. James does very good work and did it in the two weeks that he said it would take, he even got the job done 2 days early. What we really liked about him is that he was on the job everyday, works hard. James was a pleasure to be around, nothing bothers him. He is very clean, makes sure that everything is cleaned and picked up at the end of the day. James is a NO1 carpenter.

They were very prompt in checking out the work I wanted done and providing me with an estimate. They worked in a very professional manner, were extremely neat and kept the job site clean while working. Plus took great pride and care in my flowers and shrubs not to damage them. Superior Carpentry came out and gave me an estimate on the gutters I needed for my horse barn within a day of calling them. They showed up at the time they said they would and completed the job above my expectations in less than a day. They are very professional and priced the job within budget. We had James Scherzer out for an estimate on finishing our basement. He got our estimate back in the time he said he would, along with plans drawn up for what he planned to do. He was very nice, professional and gave good suggestions. The price seemed reasonable as well. At this time, other renovations are costing more than we planned so we are putting off our basement for a while. We will definitely consider going with Superior when we get around to completing the project.

His bid was prompt and honest. He and his crew were neat, on time, courteous, great workers and had great attitudes. They did what they said they would and better. We couldn't be happier.

They finished early which was nice. They quoted two weeks and they finished in a week. He was the lowest price and the owner did all the work.

Overall, it turned out to be excellent. We are aesthetic about how it turned out. They were a recommendation from a friend who saw them on Angie's List. It came with a guarantee. We would definitely recommend them. We are going to have them scheduled for other home improvements. We were trying to do the work ourselves, but it was too much of a work for us to do. This guy came in and gave us an estimate. He discussed what he would do, the timings, and how long it would last them. It was just perfect for us. We were very pleased with the price. It took them one week to finish the job.

We requested a bid for a bathroom remodel from Superior Carpentry. James was prompt to bid, he was succinct in his explanations of what we would encounter, and his bid was very fair.
