Description of Work: Installed a hood vent above the stove.

Description of Work: They installed windows, a door and finished off the inside and outside of my sun room. It went very well. They arrived on time every day and worked until 5:00. I'm not sure they even stopped for lunch. It was really cold outside and they worked hard. I was very impressed with their worth ethic. It took about 3 days and they cleaned up completely before leaving. I would definite use them again.

Description of Work: He built a deck in my backyard. He does high quality work at a reasonable price and came up with a good aesthetic decision that I hadn't even considered. When he was done he gave me tips on how to treat it. It looks great!

Description of Work: They completely remodeled two bedrooms in our lower level. He was easy to work with and very patient as this was my first time working with a contractor.

Description of Work: Work included removal of existing and installation of new microwave and dishwasher; Installation and painting of a new drywall ceiling and pot lights in the kitchen; Demolition of existing master bathroom; Installation of a new bathtub and shower controls, edge less glass door, vanity, sink, counter, toilet, tile walls and floor, and new vanity light; Minor modification of the bathroom entry with relocation and reuse of the door, jamb, and trim. The new installed materials and appliances were selected and purchased separately by the Owner. | |I am an architect and have worked with many contractors on projects from residential renovations to new school construction. It was obvious that Jim has extensive experience with residential renovation. He is a problem solver and takes a "can-do" attitude when faced with challenges. It is evident that he takes pride in his work and has high standards for the finished product. He communicates his schedule and project plans clearly. He is a hard worker and performed this scope of work in 9 days. He cleans up daily and removes all construction debris. What more could you ask for?
