Maksymum Lawn & Landscaping

Due to a car accident and water line that needed to be replaced, the out-lawn and smaller part of lawn both needed work. All in all, it went very well, the old lawn needed to be dug up, turned over and seeded from scratch. Two large junipers had to be removed which he replaced along with the garden edging and mulch. The last part of touching up had to wait through the Winter and as Andy stated, they came back today, raked, spread fertilizer and grass seed. I'm very pleased with the work, the professionalism of his employees, would happily recommend this company and would hire again if needed in the future.

Andrew came out the first time, listened to what I needed, looked at and measured areas for work, went to his truck and came back shortly with an estimate. As soon as weather permitted he came out, sprayed herbicide, put up the warning flags for the public and we waited for the area sprayed to die out. Andy and his crew then came out, cut and removed the sod, put down new top soil, raked and smoothed it out, put down some new grass seed and a light layer of fertilizer to get it started. I had a planting bed under the front area of the lawn which needed new edging, a new juniper to match the other side of the house front and mulch which he spread all around the front and side of the house so it would match. Andrew's crew were all very professional and pleasant, cleaned up after they were finished and made sure I understood how to best help my lawn with the watering schedule. When Andy came by for the final payment he took time to explain what his follow-up plan would be with re-seeding any spots that may need it, to re-fertilize once the new growth starts and in general to keep an eye on how things were growing until established. I would recommend this man and his company without hesitation to anyone that needs a professional job done, by someone who always takes the time to promptly answer phone calls and questions and does it with a good attitude and a smile.

The crew from Maksymum showed up on time, finished all the work in one day, cleaned up all debris, and were professional and friendly. Andrew stopped by to check progress and make sure I was satisfied with the work being done.

Excellent,... if you want a professional , hard working manager and crew, you must give Andy and his hard working crew a chance. Trees and shrubs were trimmed. flower/shrub area around our long porch area was redone. The work accomplished was over and above the initial review and estimate and we are extremely pleased.

We were extremely pleased with the level of service and the quality of the work done by Maksymum Lawn and Landscaping. We worked directly with the owner Andrew Maksymiu during all phases of the project. Andrew was highly attentive to our needs and was very responsive to all our requests. I can't say enough good things about his personal level of service (which was completely opposite of past experiences we had with other landscape service providers). This included being able to phone him on nights or even weekends to address any questions we had with the project. Andrew also personally oversaw the landscaping work performed by his crew; Andrew is "hands-on" and does some of the work himself as part of his crew. The quality of the work performed by the crew was excellent. They were good people and we were very comfortable having them around our yard. They also showed great flexibility in adapting to some changes that we made to the original landscape plan based on how we saw things as the installation proceeded. Our particular project included improving the quality of our lawn's grass, which was installed by another landscape service provider a year prior and was badly in need of improvement. Andrew and his team did an outstanding job in resurrecting our lawn's grass over the course of several months this summer and fall.
