Not at all. Wouldn't exchange my item that was unused in sealed box. My father bought it and passed away shortly after so I don't have the receipt. No idea where he put it.
Description of Work: My family has been loyal customers for many years. We will now take our business to Home Depot or Menards for now on. I tried to return a brand new framing nail gun in an unopened and sealed box. Untouched! I was denied to exchange it bcuz I didn't have receipt. I just wanted to exchange it for something I could use. The box still has the plastic bands around it. Never opened. My father bought it and he passed away is why I don't have receipt. I'm sorry I am unable to ask him where it is. I have never had a problem exchanging anything before without a receipt. I guess you don't value us as a loyal customer. I am very angry to be treated this way. You just lost a loyal customer bcuz of it! Thanks for nothing! Poor business!

Description of Work: We are on our 3rd set of doors and windows. Installer that put the third set of doors in didn't even use shims and did a horrible door job, you can see outside thru the weatherstripping. Milliken sent us, what is our opinion was seconds. They started to put the handle hole in the wrong place and then made the correct holes on the other side of the door, so we have a round cut out popping out of our door and the other looks like it was squeezed with a vice while drying.

Description of Work: We had windows and doors installed. The windows were measured wrong so we waited 5 weeks for the first ones to come in and another 3 for the second ones. At the same time the doors were sent with the handles too low, but they were already installed before they found out. So waited for next set of doors, which came in wrong again, so ordered again and waited another 3 weeks and now it is too cold to install them because the caulk will not set up so have to wait for warmer weather. Needless to say we are not happy.
Description of Work: We have used Lowe's installation services 3 times for carpeting and vinyl laminate. They pay incredible attention to detail and caring for our property. We ask for "Mike".
We started in the end of summer and finished out probably in September or so. It looks pretty nice. Most of them were subcontractor and I think for the most part everybody did a nice job. They were accommodating coming out and measurements. They worked around our schedule. I thought it was a good price for what we got. We looked at probably three or four other cabinet places and they had the best price for the product from what we could find out. We looked at putting granite in and then we started looking up quartz and decided that it was a better investment for the quartz and it wasn't that much more expensive from them. Quartz is a pretty high end surface so I rate them very high on the quality of the product. They did pretty well with responsiveness. We had some issues to begin with and they got those things ironed out. Once we got everything coordinated, things went well. They were punctual and they were here when they said they were going to be here.
Description of Work: We used Lowes to install quartz countertops and a glass backsplash. They put new faucets in the kitchen and the bathroom as well. They also matched up a cabinet with our existing cabinets and put new appliances in.

We made our decision from reading consumer reports and Lowe's was one of the places that carried that particular brand. The salesman was helpful and solidified our buying decision.
