Marvelous. I was more than pleased with the service, conduct, friendliness and every effort to be helpful and re-assuring. The price I believed was reasonable and fair. I was anxious when they brought in big digging equipment to replace a section of drain and add the extension. O nce the hole was filled in they seeded the area and covered it so grass would return which it did with rich thick grass. I was convinced I was faced with a thousand dollars plus for the job but it amounted to only a couple of hundred dollars. I was pleased enough that I gave the men a healthy tip of one-hundred dollars for their service. This was well worth it to assure their commitment to me. I only do this when the company is reliably honest and helpful and the price is well below what I anticipated The tip I gave was cheap compaired to what it could have cost me. This job was performed in 2015. I called this year after a big flood to have the drain cleaned. They were swamped with emergencies so I have yet to have them return to clean the drain length. I have used another Plumber that came from Bay City to replace a faucet at $300 plus (never again). I will only use J and H Sewer for all my plumbing needs because they have been fair and honest in their price and service.
