Description of Work: My son hit a baseball through neighbor's glass door. I called him to fix my neighbor's glass door. I arranged to have him inspect door and give estimate. He contacted neighbor and made arrangements to fix door promptly. The whole process was very easy for me and my neighbor.

+ -1 moreI contacted the provider about the issue and he said he would stop by during the week and get back to me with a quote. He called back and left me a message with the price quote stating it would be 7 to 10 days to get the glass. I return his call with a message of my own to proceed with the work. After ten days and no contact I reached the provider by telephone and it turned out that he had misplaced the information. After another weeks wait for the glass he then repaired the window. He had to order some trim to match the metal frame and then he stopped by while we were away and completed that part. Overall the provider was excellent in al regards except for the misplaced order. We are pleased with the final result.
Description of Work: Replaced the cracked glass in a window.

Description of Work: The safety glass in my fireplace door had shattered. I called, they had someone out that day to take the empty fireplace door out. About ten days later, they returned with the glass replaced in the door.
