Garage Floor Coating of Michigan

It went very well. The workers arrived on the appointed day. they sealed all doors from the garage into the house to prevent the dust from grinding the floor to enter the house. They told us what they were going to do and how long it would take. It was a four day process. My only confusion was that I thought there was going to be two sealer coats and learned it was one coating but with double the amount of the coating. The floor looks beautiful. the odor lingered a little longer than expected so best to leave the garage door open as much as possible.

We could not be more happy with our floors!! Angie was awesome to work with. She was honest, straight forward and the process went exactly how she explained. The crew did and amazing job!! It was an all around great experience!!

First, the crew were excellent. They even sealed the entrance to the house so dust would not enter. The job entailed the garage floor, steps and landing leading to house. Prep took most of a day as floor, steps and landing needed to be ground. By the end of the first day the first coat of epoxy was applied. The second day had the repair all cracks in a 50+ year garage floor, apply a second coat of epoxy and the polymeric particles. The third day entailed removing excess particles, sanding the whole thing and applying a clear coat. Finally, after letting the floor cure for at least 2 days, the crew came back and helped replace the large items in the garage including a refrigerator.
