+ 0 moreThey came out, did an inspection of my attic/eaves and after making certain bats weren't in my attic, they attached a bat exclusion door where we thought he/she was getting into the soffit, they had to return 2x due to the bat finding a new opening nearby. The company took care of everything at no extra charge, were professional, courteous and always had a good attitude. I would not only use them again but have recommended them to others.
Description of Work: I had a very determined soffit bat who didn't want to leave and kept trying for other openings.

Description of Work: Checked the attic for evidence of bats. Decided there were bats coming in. Got up on the roof and checked every possible point of entry. Blocked up one possible entry point and left one open and covered with an exit net to let bats out but not possible for them to get back in. Waited with the net in place for three weeks to make sure all bats were out. Came back and took down net and blocked entry point. |So far no sign of bats returning to attic.

+ -1 moreThey do a lot of work around here. They were fine. When I moved into this house, I had bats in the attic and several of them got into the house. They told me what my problems were, they told me when I could take care of it and I did. Probably the bats have a certain time to have their young and they didn't want to trap the bats in the attic with the young ones so I have to wait for a certain time of the year. Then they put one way opening for them where the bats can fly out but they can't come back in. I hired these people because they can take care of these things. They were very efficient people and I was very happy with their service.
Description of Work: I used Critter Control to drive away bats from my house.

+ 0 moreI was hearing noises above the bedroom ceiling and called Critter Control to set up an appointment. He arrived on time, he moved quickly and was thorough. There were no critters in the attic, but he did point out a few potential problem opportunities and recommended I fix those. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly has his customer's best interests in mind. I will call him again if I ever have a need in the future, as well as recommend him to family, friends, and co-workers. I am very satisfied with the professionalism, knowledge, and customer focus of Critter Control out of Midland Michigan.

+ -1 moreThey charged me $99 for that. They had to put a trap down there. They were the same as everybody else, but the reason why I picked this guy was that he was not going to destroy the animal. The other people were going to destroy the animal and I really don't believe in that. He trapped the animal and released it. It's not the skunk's fault. It's just that it had got the wrong place. They are stinky little things, but it doesn't mean that they need to be killed.
Description of Work: I used the services of Critter Control - Central Michigan 2 months ago. They removed a skunk from my window wall.

+ -1 moreWhat a good guy. We did fix the problem ourselves, after his free consultation and diagnosis.
Description of Work: We had been having trouble with bats in our house for a year. Most recently we had a dead bat in our sink!! I wound up behind the Critter Control van, which stopped at a local mini mart. I asked Curt if he dealt with bats, and described our problem. Right then and there he offered to follow me to my house, take a quick look, and see if he could help. 10 minutes later he was climbing up on the roof, inspecting our eaves, and told us the problem! He also told us what we could do to fix it. He quoted his prices, and left with "you really could probably take care of this yourself."
