They came promptly on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. In the course of clearing the blockage they broke one of the pipes.

He gave us an appointment for an estimate, came out and did tell us what needed to be done but never came back with the estimate. We called and tried to get him to give us the estimate several times but he kept giving us excuses for why he wasn’t available. Eventually we gave up on him.

They showed up within 2 hours of calling and were very polite. They educated me on how to prevent the issue from happening again. I would use them again and recommend them.

My house was a recent purchase. Due to heavy rain and tree roots, water backed up into the basement. The employee that came was very nice. He was familiar with the house and gave me lots of info and tips. He had the problem fixed in a very short time. I also talked to him at a later date and discussed and received an estimate for a permanent solution for this problem. I have not done that yet, but plan to in the future. I really appreciated this employee's patience and helpful attitude. I would definitely recommend this company.

Friends and co-workers recommended them. It was a pretty simple job. I wasn't home but my fiance was. Nothing really stood out. I don't have any complaints.

They attempted to clean up but they couldn't because the sewer was broken. They showed up at 11:30 AM when they were supposed to come at 8:00 AM. We did not even know if those guys were professional or not. Definitively, they could not solve the problem. The sewer could not be fixed almost at once. But, I think that I am going to use them in the future.

Tile was cleaned out from sump in basement. Showed up on time, was courteous, and cleaned up when complete. Prior to work, they came out to give me a quote and said they would call back with a date/time when the work could be done. I had to call them back weeks later to get the date scheduled (= B in responsiveness).

We had significant water back-up in our lower level - which City Sewer responded to immediately. They diagnosed blockage due to tree roots, and promptly cleared the pipe. They were responsive, professional and reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

Had water coming up through the floor drain in the basement when doing laundry which is the first sign that our sewer line is becoming blocked. Of course it has to be on a Sunday. Called City Sewer and Jeff came out within the hour. Was very friendly and professional. Our house sits back from the street farther than typical, so the sewer line is longer than average. I felt the price was reasonable and the service was excellent.

Inspected sewer line by snaking a television camera from basement to street. Found potential problem that caused sewer to backup, recommended solutions and provided prices. Workers were very expert, professional and polite. They answered all questions. They provided a VCR tape of the entire inspection with a voice recording of real-time conclusions. I highly recommend this company.

Main sewer drain was plugged and sewage overflowed into basement through floor drain. Occurred in the evening during the weekend. Called City Sewer Cleaners to fix. Promptly answered phone and came in 30 minutes. Unplugged sewer pipe under house in about 45 minutes. Very polite and professional. Answered all questions. Process was as clean as it can be with sewer cleaning. Happy with results.
