+ 0 moreKirk did his best to diagnose the problem by disassembling the washer as far as it needed disassembling. It was determined that the whole drum assembly needed replacing and he looked the part up on line and gave us the price from the site, not inflating the total as many do. Since the price of the whole drum assembly was an expensive part his advice to us was to just replace the washer as it wouldn't make sense to pay for such an expensive part. I feel this was an honest assessment, and I appreciated it. Although he spent a little over and hour and a half at our home, because he couldn't repair the washer, he only charged us for the initial service call, which was a very fair price. I would highly recommend Kirk.
Description of Work: disassembled the washer to get to the defective part, which was the drum assembly.

+ 1 moreWell i kinda told everything above, but again, he did a great job, and we were VERY happy with his work, service and attitude.. Didn't matter what day, time, or weather it was, he was there when we needed him. He made purchasing our new home alot easier..
Description of Work: Do hire Kirk Borgman.. He's dependable, and honest.. He sold us our refrigorator, fixed our stove, dryer, heater, water heater, and dryer.. He always comes with a smile and an honest price.. If he can't do something, he'll tell ya, if he can save you money he will.. and he's not an arm and a leg for labor.. I would recommend Kirk to anyone who has household appliance repairs to do.. We purchased our dryer a year a go from another appliance company here in town and it ended up having a blown motor.. Kirk fixed that for us at a very low rate, and so we called him back when we bought our new home and needed some help.. Excellent Excellent work, and he cleans up after himself and guarantees his work.. He's also great with kids and pets.. Never complained once about our cat loving on him even though he was allergic come to find out.. We love ya Kirk, and will always call you for ALL our appliance needs.
