Had Bear Carpet Cleaning drive 30 miles to clean our carpets. They paid special attention to stains of grease in our bedroom, and everything came out great! Almost 2 months later, and the stains did not magically 'reappear' like in the past. We've tried 3-4 different companies and Bear is the best by far. Will hire them again. Prompt, professional, and they do the job right the first time.

They showed up on time, discussed the problem and then cleaned the very dirty portions of our carpets. While there are still some faint dirty traces left, they did an outstanding job compared to the other company. The cost was much lower than expected and they are now on our list for a yearly carpet cleaning.

Everything done well. Very polite, hardworking and anxious to do a satisfactory job.

Many delays due to weather but this is a group of true professionals. They even helped me through the repair area.

This man called to say he was on his way, confirming that I would be home, as he was a bit early. He came in, looked over all the rooms I was asking to have cleaned and asked if I had any concerns that I wanted him to specifically address. He then proceeded to bring in his equipment, pretreat areas that I had expresses concern about,.and then clean the carpets. When he was finished, he quickly removed all equipment, presented me with the bill (which was exactly what I had been quoted), and left me with beautifully clean carpets. I would, without hesitation, hire Bear Carpet Cleaners again.

Everything was excellent. I picked them because they were top rated and they came in, did an excellent job, they were on time, and I have no complaints. They were very personable and I think that one guy was the owner, I showed him the furniture and they have dogs and they have rubbed oil on this one light chair and he ran over it, then I said I don't think it's clean and he tipped it over and kept scrubbing it until it was clean and they said come here and look over it and it was a really good experience. They don't like people to say, hey can you do it again or something but they were very accommodating and they're very professional and even though I have a lower floor, the rugs ripped up 'cause I'm having hardwoods and having my upstairs done and they were still very cautious about bringing any dirt in or whatever and watch so none of the hoses would touch the walls so it was a very, very good experience. The price was very good. I have 3 houses. It was under $200 and that's for 3 bedrooms, the hall, a stairway, a couch and 3 chairs. They were graded number 1 and I took a chance and everything is true that was on there.

I had a friend overlooking the situation and he said Bear Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration did a good job. The reason why I picked them off the list was because they had good recommendations. I heard from them right away.

Bear Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration worked for me within the last month and a half. they charged me a couple hundred dollars. The lady that called to schedule the appointment was very nice, they came quickly. They were prompt. They were clean in their appearance. They didn't stink. I'm not sure if I would use them again, I don't feel like the carpet was cleaned, that was my own personal opinion, it's ten years old, it's just my husband and I that live in here, it was very nice, it wasn't anything that I could pin-point.

They arrived on time in the morning and finished the job in under two hours. Later that night the carpet was dry and clean. They did a great job.

I hired Bear to clean my carpets which had never been professionally cleaned before. I had always used my in home carpet cleaner which does a decent job getting up loose dirt but does not steam clean or remove stains. I have two dogs and the areas that they usually sleep had dark spots where their heads usually rested. I was not optimistic about getting those stains out but they did. They went over the worst areas twice to get the stains out. I had a 9:30 appointment time with them and they showed up 45 minutes late but that is my only complaint. They were very professional, co-operative, thorough and careful. My house is small so I was well under their $110 minimum charge in total area. They figure their jobs at $.28 a square foot which comes out to just under 400 sq. ft. minimum. I would recommend them and will hire them again.

They had to change the date of service, but advised with sufficient anticipation that it was not a problem. Arrived on time and worked effectively. Cleaned up after themselves and did a good job.

They did a really nice job on my carpets. I was thinking of replacing them but they came so clean I will be able to keep them for a while longer. Much nicer job than I could do myself. They had a good sense of humor and were very nice. I would definitely call them again.

Only one person did the job. As usual it was perfection. The reason I like this company and the gentelman that does the cleaning is my cat likes him. Moves things, puts plastic pieces under the wood furniture. Very nice person. I have carpet cleaned early in the day and by the end of the day it is dry. Phone person is very good too.

Sewer backed up in basement. Backup was small, but contaminated 3 rooms, wicked up 2 walls and wet personal property on the floor. Called Bear on Sunday evening after sewer had been unplugged. They were here within one hour with all equipment and 4 people. Everyone was very polite and professional. They answered all questions. They cleaned and sanitized all affected areas within 3 hours. They left fans and a dehumidifier to dry all surfaces. They checked the drying progress daily. They removed all equipment in 3 days after everything was dry. Price was very reasonable and included several discounts that they volunteered (which lowered the price by over $100). My minor complaint on quality was one instant where a worker touched a clean object with a dirty one, and didn't clean that area even after I told him about it.

Greg did a FANTASTIC job. Very responsive and thorough. Payed attention to special areas and made sure everyting was squared away and done to my satisfaction. Fair price for super service.
