very expediant, top quaility work

Contractor came in with a low ball bid. Contractor talked a big game but did not provide service. Many times he only worked 1/2 day. Complained that he did not have enough support employees for the job. Acted unprofessional with other contractor on job site. The drywall cut outs for electrical boxes was the worst I have ever seen. He also cut out around the air ducts. I am going to have to do a lot of repair behind him. He also did not cleanup after himself. I had inches of drywall dust on floors. He complained about having to remove the extra drywall that he purchased from the house to the garage. He wanted to charge me for that service. He complained at the last payment that he had messed up on the bid and wanted me to pay more for his error (and his inexperience). The painting he did was ok except he did not remove any electrical plugs, nor did he cover any wires in the box. Many of these I had labeled for future electrical proved. We could not read the tape because it was painted over. He did not follow directions either. He was told not to start in a particular room until I was finished with the installation of a soffit. He started in that room and then wanted to charge me for putting up boards to attach the drywall on. He also played hard rock music so loud the other contractors refused to work when he was there.
