 + -1 moreThe owner's name is Eric Maes; he is a really good guy. I like their customer service and quality of their product. It's so weird to find a businessman nowadays that cares. I had a snag here just recently; the Sirius radio I had in my car went out. He ordered me a replacement and, unbeknownst to both of us, even though Sirius and XM have merged, you still have to get a Sirius radio if you have a Sirius account or an XM radio if you have an existing XM account. He had ordered an XM so we couldn't add it to my account so XM wanted to create a new account for me and charge me full price. Eric took it back and ordered me a replacement Sirius radio, no extra charge or anything like that. Basically, he handled it end to end so I didn't have to deal with anybody.
