Overall, dealing with Chris was extremely easy. He was there when he said he would be and did exactly what he said he would do. Because we work during the day, most of our communication with Chris was done by phone. He was always available and answered any questions we had. He is extremely easy to work with.

We did not use them for that work because somebody else gave us some better ideas. They brought the quote to our home. If there is a need, we may possibly use them again in the future.

Right from the start Chris was a true professional. He doesn't come across as a "salesmen" trying to add things to your project you don't want. He took our vision and ideas and added his own expertise where needed to help us come up with an overall plan that exceeded our expectations. Chris is very knowledgeable about plants and trees and really helped us create a blended appearance from yard, to house to patio. In addition to this, the crew that works for Chris are all extremely hard working and nice men. They all showed up on time and never stopped working. We were amazed at how much they were able to accomplish in a day. Chris is on site everyday making sure things are running smoothly. We felt as if Chris and his crew were working on their own home with how hard they were working and how much they cared about the way the project was looking. The patio took a lot of work as we live on a steep grade and Chris needed to build a retaining wall 40" high just to get to a level grade for the patio. It truly is a magnificent structure. The fireplace really added so much to the final look. We've had neighbors stopping by and saying they had to see what this patio looked like up close. Overall we couldn't be happier with the job Locke's did. Chris started when he said he would, finished when he said he would and the final cost of the project was exactly what the estimate was. Chris is very knowledgeable, hard working and a person you can trust.

They were okay. Some things I really liked that they did. They gave me their list of services and I chose what I wanted to have done. They ended up charging me extra for the extra paint they had to finish painting my fence. I was a litte disappointed about the extra charge.

We called him for an estimate and he was very friendly, he was courteous, and he was very prompt when he came out. The price he gave us was not the best and his ideas were not like our ideas.

It went ok and they did great job.

Chris provided a very accurate estimate of time, labor costs, and plants. He brought very good workers; the work was completed on schedule and very professionally. Chris kept us informed from start to finish. We did add some services as the job went on, all of which was handled very well. The transplanted plants all survived and are growing beautifully this year. I highly recommend the company.
