ANDERSON CUSTOM CONSTRUCTION

We are in the process of building a new home after the demo of an existing older home. We needed more space and wanted a basement. The old house did not have a basement. It had only two bedrooms and one bath. We had received an estimate for an addition of a new bedroom and bathroom and renovation to the interior. After getting the price we made the decision to tear down the old house and build a new house to include all the features we wanted. We are building a 1650 sq ft house, three bedrooms, two bath, full basement, 2 car garage with loft, family room home. Currently we have the outside walls up and the roof will be completed in the next few days. Pam has been great to work with even through some problems with the city over easements and the such.

POOR COMUNICATION, POOR FINISHING WORK, NOT VERY FRIENDLY TO ALL PEOPLE INVOLVED REQUESTED TO FIX HOLES IN SUB-FLOOR DID NOT DO, REQUESTED TO PLACE TYVEK TOLD US 'YOU DON'T NEED IT' POOR FINISH CARPENTRY, FAILED TO MATCH OLD LAMINIT FLOORING TO NEW FLOORING. CONTINUS COST UP OVER RUNS.
