+ -1 moreAfter being notified by the power company that our cabin's electrical service had been damaged by a tree falling on the incoming power line, we learned that our service weather head had been ripped loose from the roof. We contacted Mark and his response could not have been quicker or more competent. He made several trips to evaluate, trouble shoot, and repair the damage, both inside and out of the cabin. He was especially good in keeping us appraised of the status of his restoration efforts, even talking over status with the power company crews in the area. We suspect he made some significant extra efforts obtaining permits and inspections on our behalf in order to complete his work by the Labor Day weekend.
Description of Work: Provided storm damage repair to our home's electrical service apparatus.
