Description of Work: Hard drive was corrupted on laptop and a new one was needed. Dave responded very quickly and was able to come to my home the next day, Aug, 28, 2017. He took my laptop and kept me informed all the next day on what was needed. A new hard drive was installed, plus he added other things I requested and had my laptop back to me on Sept. 1, 2017. Will for sure use Dave again for all my computer needs.

Description of Work: Dave had helped me with my computer, tv surround sound, home protection cameras. He is very knowledgeable in those areas. Very patient as I am not good with computers or electronics. He also installed my universal remote.

+ 0 moreCome to find out, Best Buy did not set it up correctly and what we thought at first might be a manufacturers defect ended up being quite the opposite. I had a world class hole in my security and I should have lost my entire computer with how many viruses it had-but Dave not only fixed it, he made sure it was uber secure so as not to happen again. He has always been easy to reach or will return my call as soon as he can. I have worked with him for quite awhile now and 4 computers later, I have no intention of going anywhere else. Even if it's just a question I have that doesn't involve a repair, he'll answer! The prices were always reasonable, he will not fix something that isn't broken, nor will he try to upsell you products you don't need. He has saved me from myself many times as I am not the most tech savvy (understatement) and he has explained how some programs work which I made far harder that they actually are. He is up on all of the cutting edge technological information to do the best job he can. I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed!!
