Perma dry was very prompt from the start. Scheduling estimate, follow-up appointments, inspection and performing work were done in a very professional manner. Drywall in the finished basement had to be cut to locate the leak. The leak ended up coming from couple rod holes which were fixed by Perma dry. They are a professional and honest company which we will recommend to our friends.

Noticed water leaking from tie rod on Saturday at 9:30 p.m. I checked Angies List on Sunday for contractor. Mike called me right away and came over to look at my problem. Mike said it was not as serious as it looked and was an easy fix. His employee was out the next morning to make the repairs. I had noticed areas that were worse than the ones Mike had looked at, Eric said he would fix all that he found at the same price Mike had quoted me.

The owner Mike was prompt and explained very well what the problem may be. He outlined what work may need to be done. He recognized right away where the source of water was. It was great, that his crew was able to do outside work, diverting water away from the house, as well as the inside work in the basement, where they fixed rod holes and the crack in the wall. They put the wooden wall back, using another company run by Karen, who did a great job. Outside job included 3 catch basins and installation of perforated pipe, covered by clean gravel and diverted 60 feet away from the house. They were extremely clean and when job was finished everything outside was power washed and sod was put back with very little grass disruption. Mike was always available on the phone to answer any questions. I would recommend his company to anybody who needs this type of work. I would use him again without any hesitation and would not even get other estimates. Thank you for excellent job.
